GTM Engineer at Modash

Join Modash as our first GTM Engineer and shape the future of our marketing team. If you thrive at the intersection of B2B SaaS, outbound strategy, and hands-on ownership, this is your chance to make a direct impact at a fast-growing, remote-first company.

## Why We’re Hiring a GTM Engineer

Modash has achieved 8-figure ARR through inbound marketing alone, but we’re ready to level up. We need a GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between marketing and sales—owning the call booking process, optimizing demo qualification, and launching a world-class outbound program. If you’re passionate about building outbound from scratch and driving pipeline growth in a hybrid go-to-market environment, you’ll find plenty of opportunity here.

## What You’ll Do

- Take full ownership of our demo call qualification process, using our custom AI tool “Leadgate” to ensure the right prospects reach our sales team.
- Optimize the demo booking experience—owning copy, design, and form fields—to increase conversion from ICP trial signups to sales calls.
- Build and refine the “rejection experience” for non-ICP demo requests, creating resources and flows that drive self-serve revenue and enhance brand perception.
- Lead our cold outbound program, managing agency partners, approving outreach lists and email copy, and strategizing new outbound initiatives using tools like Clay, Instantly, and HubSpot.
- Proactively reach out to ICPs who start trials but don’t book calls, designing and executing new processes to boost engagement and sales pipeline.

## Team Structure & Collaboration

You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with both marketing and sales. Our team includes a full-time software engineer for technical iterations, a Product Marketer for messaging support, and a CRM managed by sales. You’ll write all your own copy and have the autonomy to test, iterate, and own your projects end-to-end.

## What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a GTM Engineer in a B2B SaaS environment, especially building outbound programs from scratch.
- Deep familiarity with outbound tools like Clay, Instantly, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow and campaign execution.
- Strong writing skills for web copy and outbound emails—you’ll ship your own copy quickly and effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset, able to make decisions, deliver results, and iterate independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to whatever the role requires.
- Bonus: foundational marketing knowledge, experience in early-stage or hybrid GTM environments, and a track record of working in remote, fast-paced teams.

## What Makes Modash Unique

- Flexible EU business hours—work when you’re most productive, with no micromanagement.
- Unlimited paid vacation—prioritize your well-being and work-life balance.
- Fully remote within Europe—work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
- Personal development support—courses, books, and conferences covered.
- True ownership—bring your ideas to life without unnecessary red tape.

Ready to own and scale go-to-market strategy at a high-growth B2B SaaS company? If you’re a GTM Engineer who loves building, optimizing, and collaborating, we want to hear from you. Apply now and help shape the next chapter at Modash.

GTM Engineer at Modash

Hi! I'm Ryan, the Head of Marketing at Modash.
I'm looking for a GTM Engineer to join our marketing team for the first time.
Here's a little background, examples of the things you might work on, and things you probably want to know.
Background & reason for hiring
There are two major gaps in our team that are driving this hiring decision:
The first is a gap in ownership between marketing & sales around call bookings.
For context, we have a hybrid go-to-market that includes both self-serve free trials, and sales-led demo calls.
Marketing is responsible for all pipeline generation (both trial & call booking KPIs), but there isn’t one clear person responsible (in either marketing or sales) for various things on the call bookings side. Things like:
How do we qualify demo requests? Who should our sales team spend their time with?
What happens when we decline a demo request? Is the user experience as good as it should be?
Improving the percentage of ICP trial sign ups who book with sales (since sales-closed deals are more likely to close, adopt, and retain long-term).
The second gap relates to outbound. We’ve grown to 8-figure ARR solely with inbound marketing, but now it’s time to introduce outbound. I've already taken the first steps to get off the ground, but this needs dedicated ownership to make it world-class.
I believe these two things can be handled together by the right person!
Scope of the role & example projects
The background above covers the broad scope pretty well, but here I'll elaborate a little more on what these initial projects might look like for you.
Example 1: Taking ownership of call qualificiation
We use a custom internal AI tool (lovingly referred to as “Leadgate”) that sits in front of our demo booking flow. Your job will be to own this end-to-end.
You’ll need to collaborate with leadership to iterate on how we qualify calls, and what kind of prospects make the most sense to spend human sales time with.
You’ll also own our demo booking page. The copy, the design, the form fields, everything. That means you can test & iterate on what expectations we set, what information we gather, and how that is used to route demos.
Example 2: Building the “rejection experience”
We want to focus our human sales time on ICPs, which means declining some demo requests (as above).
However, “non-ICP” doesn’t mean “gets zero value from Modash”. We want to route those people through self-serve, with the best possible experience. Currently, the experience & flow is simply not good enough — because, once again, nobody owns it.
You could create resources, implement demos with AI agents, write better copy, imagine new flows, and more. The goal is to improve brand perception, and increase self-serve revenue from non-ICP segments.
Example 3: Taking ownership of the cold outbound program
Our outbound cold email program is being run by an external agency, managed by me. Initially, it will be your job to replace me as their point of contact. That includes, for example:
Approving outreach lists
Approving / writing email copy
Strategizing new ideas (e.g. what happens when folks respond negatively)
Ensuring everything runs smoothly & quickly with positive replies
Further into the future, you will decide how things run. You can double-down and scale with external agencies, you can build in-house, or a mix.
Example 4: Reaching out to ICPs who start trials, but don’t book calls
Approximately 10% of trial sign ups that we identify as ICP speak to the sales team. We believe that there’d be significant business impact if we can increase that.
Currently, absolutely nothing is being done here. It’s a blank slate for you to come in and figure it out.
Team structure
To clarify again, this role is in the marketing team. You will report to me (Ryan), your primary KPIs will be around API call bookings, and you’ll collaborate often with the sales team.
A few more things that may be useful to know about the team:
Our early-stage outbound project is currently ran by an external agency
We have a full-time software engineer in the marketing team (e.g. for iterations on Leadgate)
You will always write copy yourself; no assistance from a copywriting resource
We have a Product Marketer who will provide product messaging guidance where needed
Our CRM is managed by Steven Perroto (sales team); you will likely collaborate closely
You should be:
Comfortable and experienced with outbound, including tools like Clay & Instantly, and making sure data flows correctly between those and our CRM (HubSpot).
Experience building outbound programs from scratch in a B2B SaaS company.
A capable writer. You’ll need to be comfortable writing web page copy (e.g. demo booking page) & emails on your own. It would be unacceptably slow to rely on someone else for shipping copy!
Able to solve problems, make decisions yourself, deliver a lot, and iterate.
Willing to learn whatever the problem/opportunity requires. This role will be varied.
Nice-to-haves
Foundational marketing knowledge. You know your 4Ps, you understand how people buy in B2B, and perhaps you’ve held other marketing roles before “GTM Engineer” became a thing.
Past experience working in an early-stage environment (or perhaps building for yourself).
Exposure to hybrid GTM motions; you have some experience with how self-serve and sales-led motions interact and overlap.
What we're offering
Flexible working hours. You’ll need to work EU business hours to overlap with me & other colleagues. But, nobody will be looking over your shoulder. Start late, finish early, run errands during the day. Whatever you need, as long as the work gets done. We are all adults here.
Unlimited paid vacation time. If you're happy & well-rested, you'll do better work. Take the time you need to enjoy a balanced life.
Fully remote working (Europe-based). As long as you have a reliable internet connection, you can work wherever is best for you. (Again, assuming you’ll be working EU hours! 😄)
Personal development. When you grow, we benefit. If there's a course, book, or conference that will help you upskill — we'll cover it.
Ownership. You're the expert at what you do. No unnecessary red tape. Got an idea? You'll have the autonomy to go ahead and try things that you might not be able to in other companies.

Accountabilities:
Build AI-driven automation systems that support end-to-end GTM processes, including developer sign-up, account research, opportunity management, and customer health monitoring.
Observe, document, and improve workflows by embedding with sales, marketing, and technical services teams to remove operational friction.
Ship scalable code and workflows that orchestrate interactions across distributed systems and multiple data sources.
Collaborate with Security, Data, and Business Systems teams to define data pipelines, ensure integrity, and maintain compliance with security standards.
Partner with GTM Systems to make informed “build vs. buy” decisions and maximize the impact of revenue technology investments.
Establish success metrics for all systems, communicate learnings to stakeholders, and iterate rapidly based on performance data.
Educate and enable GTM teams on AI and automation best practices to scale adoption and efficiency.
Requirements:
5+ years in technical revenue operations, GTM engineering, or similar roles with a proven track record of building scalable automation systems.
Experience in B2B software companies selling to technical buyers, understanding both self-serve and enterprise sales motions.
Proficiency with Salesforce, including advanced knowledge of the data model, DML operations, and system limitations.

Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $175,000, plus eligibility for equity participation.
Unlimited PTO, 12 standard holidays, 2 floating holidays.
100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision premiums.
AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance (standard and supplemental).
Empower 401(k) plan.
Learning and development funds, professional memberships, lifestyle spending account, WFH meal stipends, home office setup, and internet reimbursement.
Access to mental wellness resources including Calm app subscription.
Globally distributed, collaborative work environment with occasional travel for team events.

GTM Engineer at Retool

WHY WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU

Retool is scaling rapidly across multiple markets, expanding our product portfolio with the launch of Retool Agents and Assist, and working with an increasingly diverse group of customers across every vertical. As we continue to grow, we need to develop the tooling infrastructure for our GTM teams to match our ambition and operate successfully.

From internal tools that streamline day-to-day work, demo environments that showcase tangible value, and knowledge systems that ensure our teams can find accurate answers and best practices, you'll build the foundation that Retool runs on. If you're a builder, experimenter, and enabler who turns operational challenges into best-in-class technical solutions, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a GTM Engineer, you will build the strategy and technical solutions that empower Retool’s GTM teams to operate effectively with confidence. You will work primarily on our internal Retool instance, using Retool to build the systems that power GTM’s day-to-day. This is a unique opportunity to dogfood our own product at scale while solving real business problems.

You wil be embedded with GTM teams to translate their operational needs into scalable solutions, while continuously experimenting with new approaches and testing the capabilities of AI solutions to accelerate our team’s ability to engage with our customers. Revenue Operations owns the core GTM systems (Salesforce, Chilipiper, Outreach, etc.) and the strategy behind them. You own the layer on top: the applications, workflows, agents, and automations that make those systems work for the Retools that use them every day.

Success means that members of our GTM teams know where their tools and information live, pipeline data is clean and actionable, leadership has visibility into GTM performance, and automation handles the repetitive work that eats at our team’s time.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to our Head of Internal Tools and work cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. This role is embedded by design: you will sit with GTM teams, understand their workflows and challenges, and build solutions alongside them. You will complement existing functions that own core GTM systems and data models, serving as the bridge between technical capabilities and operational needs.

We’re a team that values high ownership, creative problem-solving, and building in the open. We operate with an open-door policy and believe in providing support through any channel that delivers tangible value – whether via Slack, Zoom, documentation, or pulling up a chair in the office.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Build GTM Tooling: Develop internal tools on our internal Retool instance that support pipeline generation, deal execution, and customer expansion workflows. Balance hands-on building with creating reusable patterns that scale across GTM teams.

Build Demo Tooling and Infrastructure: Develop and maintain the technical infrastructure powering Retool’s demo motion, including existing tools, demo applications, sandbox environments, and sample data sources. Ensure GTM teams have the necessary assets to effectively showcase our platform to customers.

Establish and Enforce Standards: Partner in defining the standards for internal Retool application development, including documentation, maintenance requirements, code quality, and testing. You will also audit existing tools to assess technical debt, security vulnerabilities, establish ownership, and prioritize remediation, deprecation, or rebuilds.

Document and Ship Best Practices: Gather feedback from GTM teams, customers, and your own experience building within our platform to document best practices. You will also contribute to our internal Center of Excellence and run enablements in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Advance Knowledge Systems: Support the consolidation and standardization of documentation across systems, improve discoverability of internal knowledge, examples, and answers, and develop training programs to increase Retool and AI fluency across the company.

Experiment and Prototype Innovations: Continuously experiment with our platform and new products to uncover innovations. Additionally, you will productionize experiments run across the company (via hackathons, QA, and crowd-sourced solutions) into reliable, supported tools for GTM, and uncover novel ways to implement AI into our day-to-day GTM workflows.

Nurture Cross-Functional Relationships: Demonstrate a capability to nurture relationships across GTM, EPD, and G&A teams, understand priorities and constraints, and work effectively with a wide array of Retools.

THE SKILLSET YOU’LL BRING:

GTM Experience: 2-4+ years in a GTM-adjacent technical role (GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or software engineering applied to GTM). You understand demand generation, pipeline, deal stage handoffs, outbound vs. inbound dynamics, and how best-in-class GTM teams operate at scale.

Platform Expertise: Deep experience with Retool, including advanced patterns, performance optimization, and enterprise-scale implementations. You understand when to build for scale versus when to ship something scrappy that solves an immediate problem.

Software Development: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, React, or similar languages used to build applications and automate workflows.

Data Engineering: Experience working with databases (Postgres, Databricks, etc.), GTM tools (Salesforce, Chilipiper, Outreach, etc.), APIs, data modeling, and creating realistic and scalable data sets.

Systems Thinking: Ability to design systems that enable distributed ownership while maintaining consistency. Track record of establishing engineering standards, documentation practices, and quality frameworks.

Cross-Functional Communication: Experience working as an embedded partner across multiple departments. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

High Ownership: Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives from zero to one. Comfortable taking half-baked requests, performing discovery, and turning them into concrete deliverables.

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience building internal tools and automations

Familiarity with AI/LLM integration in production workflows (prompt engineering, API orchestration, agent design).

Background in change management or driving tool adoption at scale.

Familiarity with Retool’s competitive landscape.

Prior work at a company that dogfoods its own product.

GTM Engineer, Sales at Aven

Aven's partnerships channel is growing. The infrastructure behind it needs to catch up.
This role sits at the intersection of field work and systems building. You'll go deep with external partners to uncover where adoption breaks down — then come back and engineer the tooling, automations, and workflows that prevent it from happening again. The expectation is that you make yourself obsolete on every problem you solve by replacing it with something durable.
This isn't a pure engineering role and it isn't a pure GTM role. It's both, and the best candidate will be uncomfortable being described as only one of them.

What the work looks like

Own the technical layer across Aven's entire partner ecosystem — driving adoption and fixing what breaks
Design and ship internal tools, AI-assisted systems, and automation workflows that make the GTM motion faster and more reliable
Debug cross-system failures across APIs, data pipelines, third-party integrations, and automation logic when things behave unexpectedly
Build the dashboards and alerting infrastructure that gives internal teams and partners real visibility into performance
Run outbound campaigns end-to-end — research, enrichment, personalized sequencing — converting cold accounts into active deals
Spot the recurring manual work and failure points in the partner funnel, then replace them with system-level fixes that hold
Produce the documentation, enablement assets, and executive-facing materials that make Aven's value proposition easy to understand and act on

Who fits this role

3+ years in a technically-oriented role — Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical RevOps, or equivalent
Solid software engineering foundation: data structures, clean code, debugging, testing
SQL fluency and working proficiency in at least one general-purpose language; comfortable with APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems, and databases
Shipped real things — production tools, automations, or integrations — whether in a professional context or through substantial side projects
High agency: you move fast in ambiguous situations and your default response to repetitive work is to automate it
Confident in partner-facing conversations; you can hold a room and drive a consultative process
Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tooling: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, n8n, or similar

Nice to have: Background in SEO/GEO, lead nurture infrastructure, website conversion optimization, or growth experimentation

GTM Engineer at Oneflow

Oneflow is a tech scale-up located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish, all in one place. Turning clunky, static contracts into customer-oriented, digital contracts that feel like magic.
Who are you?
Are you a builder? Do you look at a manual sales process and think, "I could automate that in my sleep"? At Oneflow, we’re moving beyond traditional outbound.
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join our dynamic RevOps & Enablement team and sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Partner.
From identifying the right accounts at the right time, using data, signals, and cutting-edge automation, to orchestrating the sequences and cadences as these leads flow through our systems. You’ll build, own, and optimize our innovative prospecting engine.
What You’ll Do
Signal-Based Tracking: Use tools like GetCargo and Lemlist to identify high-intent accounts based on web signals, hiring trends, or technographics.
Lead Routing: Build the pipes that move accounts into either automated cadences or routing them to our dedicated sales team when the time is right.
Orchestrate Outbound: Design and automate end-to-end outbound sequences and cadences that feel personal but scale infinitely.
CRM Mastery: Maintain and optimize Salesforce as the "Source of Truth," ensuring that lead and account data flow seamlessly.
AI Innovation: Experiment with AI to improve the customer experience, support revenue teams, and level up every step of the funnel.
End-to-End Motion Ownership: Operate as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and partnerships, owning the full allbound loop.
Skills and Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years experience in a GTM team working on automations and as an expert in your tech stack, maybe as an SDR, growth marketer or from a RevOps background. Either way you’re great with tech and data, and you love to innovate.
Top of Funnel: Proven understanding of the modern B2B revenue journey; you are familiar with topics like lead scoring, routing, MQLs etc.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce, outbound/automation tools (e.g. Lemlist, Outreach, or Salesloft) and how these tools fit together. You understand how APIs work and have an interest in low-code/no-code automation (e.g. Zapier, Make, Clay, or GetCargo).
AI Interest: You’re already using AI to speed up your workflow and are eager to implement it into a GTM strategy. You’re interested to explore the latest solutions and experiment with tools like Lovable, Claude etc.
Analytical mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and understand what’s working.
Collaborative Skills: strong communication skills to ensure alignment and support initiatives between marketing, sales, and partners teams.
Why Join Us?
Work with a "best-in-class" tech stack and a team that encourages experimentation.
The chance to shape a brand-new role at a fast-growing scale-up.
A diverse, international environment with 34+ nationalities.
Professional development tailored to your growth in the RevOps/Engineering space.
Come work with us
We value gender equality and diversity in organisation, so we strive for a team that reflects the diversity in today's society. At Oneflow we currently have 34 nationalities and are proud of an extremely diverse workplace. Our recruitment is based on competence.
The recruitment process starts with an interview with Talent Acquisition, followed by a personality and logic test. Next, you’ll meet the hiring manager, complete an assignment, and take part in a case interview, before finally meeting the CRO and the rest of the team.
We can’t wait to meet you! 🎉

About the Role
As a GTM Engineer at Attentive, you will serve as an embedded technical builder within Revenue Operations, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations. This role is designed to increase the speed, adaptability, and leverage of our go-to-market organization by building smart, lightweight solutions on top of our core systems landscape.
You will partner closely with our RevTech team, which owns the foundational systems roadmap and long-term architecture, while operating in a distinct lane: moving quickly to solve high-value GTM problems that do not need to wait for the core roadmap. This includes designing and deploying fast, thoughtful solutions across workflow automation, data enrichment, AI-enabled processes, and bespoke internal tooling that reduce manual work and improve the quality of our go-to-market signals.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly technical, pragmatic, and deeply motivated by shipping real solutions quickly. You should be excited by ambiguity, energized by business problems, and constantly looking for ways to make our teams faster, smarter, and more effective.
What You’ll Accomplish
Build fast, high-impact GTM solutions: Design and ship workflows, automations, and internal tools that improve how our Sales and Customer Success teams operate day to day.
Reduce manual work across the GTM organization: Eliminate repetitive rep and CSM tasks by automating data capture, field population, handoffs, enrichment, and workflow steps across tools like Salesforce, Gong, and other GTM systems.
Increase signal density and data usefulness: Improve the quality of the data we collect and surface by auto-populating the fields that matter most, enriching customer and pipeline data, and making key signals easier for teams to act on.
Identify and deploy AI-enabled workflows: Proactively explore how AI, agents, and automation platforms can improve go-to-market productivity, reduce operational burden, and create leverage before every underlying system is fully mature.
Operate with speed and pragmatism: Build with a clear point of view on where speed matters most versus where durability and enterprise-grade tooling are required. Move quickly on bespoke internal workflows while partnering on more critical, cross-functional processes appropriately.
Self-source high-value opportunities: Work directly with frontline teams and leaders across Sales, CS, and RevOps to identify friction, uncover inefficiencies, and generate a pipeline of projects that materially improve how the business runs.
Own outcomes, not tickets: Drive work end-to-end from problem identification through implementation, adoption, and iteration—with success measured by business impact, speed, and usability.
Your Expertise
Strong experience building workflows, automations, or internal tools in GTM, Revenue Operations, and adjacent technical roles, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
4+ years of experience working across GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, enrichment tools, and automation platforms, with a strong track record of improving process through systems.
Hands-on experience with GTM systems and automation tooling, such as Salesforce, Gong, Zapier, enrichment platforms, AI workflow tools, or similar technologies.

Senior GTM Engineer at Temporal Technologies

About Us
Temporal is an open source programming model that can simplify code, make applications more reliable, and help developers focus on the important things like delivering features faster. We are on a mission to be the reliable foundation of every developer’s toolbox, and are building the team that will make that happen.
Our values guide us —they are present in how we show up, make decisions, and work together to make an impact. We’re curious, driven, collaborative, genuine and humble.
Temporal is growing and we are looking for those who share our values, challenge 'standard' thinking, and want to influence our future. If you have a passion for improving the developer experience, building world-class open-source software and communities, and want to be a part of our amazing team, we'd love to hear from you!
The Senior GTM Engineer at Temporal will be the founding member of our GTM Engineering function. This role is a technical builder who translates our revenue strategy into automated, scalable systems with a focus on AI-powered use cases. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will work alongside Business Systems, Data & Analytics, and other members of RevOps to orchestrate the workflows that remove friction from our go-to-market motions, from initial developer education to deep enterprise engagement.
This is fundamentally a builder role. You won't maintain an existing set of automations — you’ll be responsible for developing AI use cases and collaborating with the Security and Business Systems team on underlying infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a technical operator who thinks like a product engineer, has deep empathy for workflows across the customer journey, and possesses a bias for quick execution and iteration.
What You'll Do
Build AI–powered automation systems as needed across the full customer journey: developer sign-up engagement, account research, contact discovery, opportunity management, customer health monitoring, and more.
Embed with sales, marketing, and technical services teams to observe how work actually happens — conducting process audits, shadowing deal reviews, and mapping handoffs end-to-end — then build the systems that eliminate friction.
Ship code on Temporal Cloud, setting up workflows to orchestrate interactions across a broad range of distributed data stores and tools.
Collaborate closely with Security, Data, and Business Systems teams to define data sources and destinations while maintaining the highest standards of data security and integrity.
Partner with the GTM Systems to make “build vs. buy” decisions and maximize the impact of Temporal’s revenue technology stack.
Educate other members of the Revenue Operations and GTM teams on best practices for using AI in their day-to-day roles, collaborating with GTM Enablement on scaling best practices across the organization
Establish and measure success metrics for every system you build, share learnings with stakeholders, and iterate relentlessly based on what the data shows.
What You'll Bring
5+ years in a technical revenue operations or GTM engineering role with a demonstrated track record of building automated systems with broad adoption in production environments.
Direct experience at a B2B software company that sells to technical buyers. You understand how developer evaluation cycles work and how self-serve product motions intersect with enterprise sales.
Salesforce proficiency with a strong working knowledge of the data model, system limitations, and DML operations.
Deep hands-on experience with enrichment and workflow automation platforms, including multi-source enrichment waterfalls and signal-based outreach triggers.
Strong SQL proficiency to write complex analytical queries and validate data quality directly from an internal data platform.
API and integration experience (MCP servers, REST, webhooks) to build durable custom connectors when no-code options fall short.
Python scripting for custom enrichment logic, data manipulation, and automation workflows.
Comfort with product analytics and event data pipelines (e.g. Segment) and connecting behavioral signals to CRM workflows.
A builder mindset: you structure ambiguous problems, propose approaches, ship fast, and iterate without needing a complete playbook handed to you.
Preferred but not required: familiarity with Temporal's workflow orchestration platform — either as a user or in a technical pre-sales or support context.
Compensation
The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000 depending on 1) level and experience and 2) geographic location
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal’s equity plan.
Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
Employee benefits and perks below are for full-time employees, part-time or temporary positions are excluded.
U.S. Benefits
Unlimited PTO, 12 Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays
100% Premiums Coverage for Medical, Dental, and Vision
AD&D, LT & ST Disability, and Life Insurance (Standard & Supplemental Available)

Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer at Lumiform

We're looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to join the team at Lumiform. In this role, you'll build the engine that fills our sales pipeline: mapping our total addressable market, finding the right contacts, and running signal-based outbound campaigns that get demos on the calendar.
At Lumiform, we help companies digitize and automate their frontline operations, from inspections to audits and workflows. Over 1,000 paying customers and 45,000 active users rely on Lumiform to operate more safely and efficiently. We're backed by Capnamic and 42CAP, have raised over €10 million, and are scaling fast across Europe and beyond.
This is not a strategy role. You will build, run, and iterate on systems yourself. If you love turning a messy spreadsheet into a fully automated HubSpot workflow, this is for you.
Tasks
What you’ll do:
As our Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer, you own the top of the sales funnel. You'll build the infrastructure that identifies the right companies, finds the right contacts, reaches out at the right moment, and gets meetings booked. You work closely with the CEO and the sales team, and your success is measured in demos scheduled. You will use tools like Clay, n8n/Make, Claude, Lemlist and Hubspt to build and launch creative, scalable campaigns, and identify new ways to engage and convert leads.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain our TAM in Clay: scrape and structure a market universe from Prio A, B, C companies in DACH across industries like Retail, Hospitality, and Logistics
Automatically identify and enrich the contact persons per account and push qualified leads into HubSpot with clean, structured data
Set up signal-based triggers (hiring signals via Stepstone/Indeed, news events, new locations, leadership changes, etc.) to prioritize outreach timing
Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end: LinkedIn, email, and multi-channel sequences, including writing the copy yourself
Make demo scheduling your core KPI: the goal is to book meetings for yourself and the entire sales team, which you will support
Keep CRM hygiene as a continuous responsibility: clean data, no duplicates, correct lifecycle stages, optimized pipeline views, etc.
Do manual research yourself when needed: you are not just building workflows for others, you are also the person doing the work
Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing based on real data
Your first months might include:
Structuring a TAM of 5,000+ companies in Clay and syncing it to HubSpot
Setting up automated contact enrichment workflows for top A and B accounts
Building your first signal-based trigger sequence for hiring-heavy targets
Launching a cold outbound campaign that generates your first 20 demos
Cleaning up existing HubSpot data and creating a scalable company and contact structure
Requirements
You are analytical, hands-on, and deeply curious about how to turn data into pipeline. You are not afraid to do manual work and you understand that great automation starts with understanding the problem yourself. You have a strong bias for action and love testing things quickly.
You:
Are fluent in Clay and know how to build TAMs, enrichment waterfalls, and contact identification workflows
Are comfortable in HubSpot: creating and updating companies and contacts, managing pipeline stages, and building automated workflows
Know how to write short, clear, and persona-specific outbound copy that converts
Have run outbound campaigns yourself, not just built the infrastructure for others
Are highly analytical: you set up tracking, measure what works, and cut what doesn't
Are not afraid of manual research and understand when automation is the right tool and when it isn't
Have studied business, marketing, or a related field, or have built equivalent experience
Bonus if you have:
Experience with signal-based outbound or intent data (hiring signals, news triggers, funding alerts)
Worked with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, n8n, or Make
Experience in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
Launched outbound campaigns that directly contributed to pipeline and closed revenue
Benefits
Why join Lumiform
Be part of a company that protects frontline workers and customers from preventable harm.
Join an ambitious, international team with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making.
Shape a high-impact role from scratch and work directly with the founders.
Move fast, build bold, and help define the future of GTM in SaaS.
Choose where you work: fully remote or on-site in Berlin.
If you bring the right skills and a great attitude but don't meet every single qualification, we still want to hear from you. Go ahead and apply.

GTM Engineer at Valsoft Corporation

ABOUT COLLECTIONHQ
CollectionHQ (a Fluent Software Group company) is a Scotland-based company providing software solutions and services to public and academic libraries worldwide. We are driving change in our internal processes to increase efficiencies and fuel growth and this role sits right at the heart of that transformation.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This person sits at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market, with a specific mandate: build and operate the AI systems that drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue expansion autonomously.
The GTM Engineer will be pivotal in deploying the latest agentic AI tools to automate and streamline our RevOps pipeline, working closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to drive sustainable revenue growth. This role reports to the VP of Sales, with a dotted line to the Engineering and Technology department heads.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Configure, optimize, and scale AI tools across the full GTM funnel — from prospecting through renewal
Design autonomous workflows: lead qualification agents, outbound sequencing, and intent signal routing
Train GTM teams on AI-native workflows and drive adoption of agentic tooling across portfolio companies
Work with sales and marketing leadership to identify the highest-leverage AI use cases
Oversee fleets of interoperable AI agents assigned to specific GTM process segments
Build live ROI visibility dashboards showing what is working, what is lagging, and delivering recommendations to reps and leadership
Bridge RevOps strategy with AI-native execution, closing the gap that traditional RevOps leaders cannot fill
WHAT YOU BRING
Technical Skills:
Python, LangChain / LangGraph
CRM APIs (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
Workflow automation: Zapier, n8n, Clay, Apollo
Commercial & Soft Skills:
Strong commercial intuition: CAC, conversion metrics, revenue funnels
Data analysis and performance measurement
Stakeholder management across sales, marketing, and product
Experience in B2B SaaS or library technology environments (asset)
ABOUT YOU
You think in systems — you see a manual GTM process and immediately visualize how an agent would run it
You are equally comfortable in a terminal and in a boardroom conversation about pipeline strategy
You have shipped AI-powered GTM workflows in production, not just prototypes
You understand that a great agent is useless if it is not adopted — you drive change, not just code

GTM Engineer (RevOps / SalesOps) at Fuelius

About Fuelius
Fuelius is an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner. We implement HubSpot CRM for scaling businesses — replacing legacy systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, and Sugar, or moving organisations off spreadsheets entirely — and we deliver Go-To-Market as a service, driving net new pipeline for our clients. When we do both together, the results are transformational.
We work primarily in the mid-market and corporate space, often with PE-backed businesses that have a mandate to grow. Our buyers are revenue leaders across sales and marketing who need a partner that understands both the technology and the commercial strategy behind it.
The Role
This is not a role that exists widely in the UK yet. GTM Engineer is a title born out of the modern revenue operations movement — a blend of technical systems thinking, commercial awareness, and a relentless obsession with pipeline generation. You will be the engine behind our outbound machine.
Your mission is to use data, automation, and intelligent tooling to generate a significant and measurable volume of qualified leads for our sales team. You will build, test, and optimise outbound campaigns using Clay, HubSpot, and a growing stack of GTM tools. You will source unique data signals, design creative outreach plays, and continuously experiment to find what we call "GTM Alpha" — the competitive edge that comes from seeing what others don't and doing what others can't.
If you've never heard of GTM Alpha, look it up. It's the philosophy at the heart of this role: better data than your competitors, deployed in plays they can't replicate, with a culture of continuous experimentation that means you're always three steps ahead.
What You'll Own
Pipeline Generation
Design, build, and run outbound campaigns in Clay that generate qualified leads at scale
Source and enrich prospect data using waterfall enrichment, AI agents, web scraping, and custom signals to build hyper-targeted account lists.
Identify unique data points that give Fuelius a precision edge — funding rounds, tech stack changes, hiring signals, PE investment activity, CRM contract renewals — and build automated workflows around them.
Generate a measurable volume of Sales Qualified Leads and sourced pipeline, with annual bonuses tied to your output.
Systems & Automation
Own the outbound technology stack: Clay, HubSpot, and many other supporting tools.
Build and maintain automated workflows that move prospects from signal to sequence to sales conversation.
Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, n8n, or whatever gets the job done — you'll vibe-code where needed and aren't afraid of a complex automation.
Keep HubSpot CRM clean, enriched, and optimised as the single source of truth for our GTM motion.
Experimentation & GTM Alpha
Run a continuous test-and-learn programme: hypothesise, build, measure, iterate.
Develop new outbound plays — creative, data-driven campaigns that go far beyond "spray and pray."
Evaluate and pilot new tools, data providers, and AI capabilities to keep our GTM engine at the cutting edge.
Share learnings with the wider GTM team to compound knowledge across sales and marketing.
Our GTM Tech Stack
You'll work with the following tools daily, and you'll have the autonomy to propose and pilot new ones:
Clay — Our primary outbound engine for data enrichment, campaign building, and signal-based prospecting.
HubSpot — CRM, sequences, and marketing automation. We're an Elite Partner — you'll have best-in-class access and knowledge around you.
n8n / Zapier / APIs — For connecting systems, building custom integrations, and automating what can't be done natively.
Data Providers — ZoomInfo, Apollo, Cognism, Lusha, Beauhurst, and others as needed via Clay's waterfall enrichment.
AI & LLMs — For research, personalisation at scale, and vibe-coding solutions to GTM problems.
Why Fuelius
Build the function, don't just fill a seat. This is the first GTM Engineer hire. You'll shape how this function works, what tools we use, and how it scales. As we grow, this becomes a team — and you'll be at the centre of it.
Direct commercial impact. Your work will have a direct, measurable effect on pipeline and revenue. You'll see exactly what your efforts produce, and you'll be compensated for it.
Surrounded by HubSpot expertise. As an Elite Partner, we have deep platform knowledge across the business. You won't be figuring HubSpot out alone — you'll have some of the best practitioners in the UK around you.
Autonomy and trust. We don't do paint-by-numbers. If you've got an idea, test it. If it works, scale it. If it doesn't, learn from it. We want people who move fast and take ownership.
A business on a trajectory. Fuelius is scaling. This is a pivotal moment for the company, and the GTM team is at the heart of that growth story. The right person in this role will be a significant part of how we get there.
A Note on Culture
We should be upfront: this role isn't for everyone, and that's by design.
We're building a team of people who take genuine ownership of outcomes. People who see a gap and fill it without being asked. People who are energised by building something that didn't exist before. If you want clearly defined boundaries, a predictable rhythm, and a role where you execute someone else's playbook — this isn't it.
If you want to be the person who builds the playbook, who creates something from nothing, and who looks back in twelve months knowing that the pipeline engine exists because of you — we'd love to talk to you.
Interview Process
Initial Conversation — A two-way conversation about you, the role, and whether there's a mutual fit.
Technical Task — A practical exercise that lets you demonstrate your GTM thinking, your technical ability, and your approach to building outbound campaigns. This is the great equaliser — it doesn't matter whether you're early in your career or a seasoned pro. Show us what you can build.
Final Interview — A deeper conversation with leadership about your technical task, your ambitions, and how you'd approach the first 90 days.
This Role Is for You If…
You've worked in Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or a similar function and you're itching to do more.
You've tinkered with Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, or similar data and enrichment tools — even if it was on your own time.
You've built workflows, automations, or integrations in HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, Make, or through direct API work.
You understand what makes a good lead, a good sequence, and a good outbound campaign — you think commercially, not just technically.
You're a natural experimenter. You don't wait to be told what to try — you've already got three ideas and you're testing one of them before anyone asked.
You follow the GTM engineering space: Clay's content, The GTM Engineer Substack, the Slack communities — this world excites you.
You want to build something, not maintain something.
Experience: We're Open-Minded
We recognise this role could attract two very different profiles, and we're genuinely open to both:
The Undervalued Tinkerer: You're currently in a Sales Ops, CRM Admin, or junior RevOps seat. You've been building things on the side — Clay tables, outbound automations, enrichment workflows — and your current role doesn't let you run with it. You're hungry, technically curious, and commercially sharp. You want a home where your energy and ideas are the strategy, not a side project.
The Ready-Made Specialist: You've already done this. You've built outbound engines, run Clay campaigns at scale, and you know what good pipeline generation looks like. You want a role where you can hit the ground running and make an immediate, visible impact.
Regardless of where you sit on that spectrum, the proof will be in the pudding. Our interview process includes a technical task that will demonstrate your GTM thinking and your ability to build — it's the great equaliser.
Salary
Competitive base salary reflective of your experience and capability, plus commission on pipeline generated. We're open to candidates at different stages of their career — compensation will reflect the value you bring.
Benefits
Private Healthcare — Opt-in private medical cover.
Pension — Company pension contribution.
Enhanced Parental Leave — Support for growing families beyond statutory minimums.
Christmas Shutdown — The office closes over the Christmas period so the whole team can properly switch off.
Sick Leave That Grows With You — Our sick leave policy tapers up with tenure, rewarding loyalty and long-term commitment.
Learning & Development Budget — Investment in your growth through training, courses, and certifications.
Equipment & Home Office Budget — The tools you need to do your best work, wherever you're working from.
Team Socials & Events — Regular socials, a summer party, and a Christmas party. We work hard and we enjoy each other's company.

Lead GTM Engineer at 59 Pines

Job Description

We're hiring a Lead GTM Engineer to run our multi-channel outbound motion—hands-on in the stack.

Summary

Flexible Title: Can tailor to reflect your skills & experience.
Flexible Time: Can do full-time, part-time, side-gig (off-hours), or fractional (contract).
Flexible Commitment: Can do short-term, long-term, or intermittent.

Why so flexible? We're a FUNDED startup racing to launch end of Q2 2026. That gives us just 3 months to stack features while raising additional working capital. Feel free to jump in, help us ship, then bounce >> or stick around. A successful launch translates into lots of permanent jobs for those that want them. We're also interested in long-term "side gig" relationships, if that's what you're into—in our experience, a few expert hours often beat full-time learning-curve hours.

About Us

We're a credible, funded, remote-first startup led by a serial technical founder, backed by a 20-person team. The product is live in private alpha. Learn more at list-lab.org.

About The Role

We have a large, multi-industry audience, proven channels, and a defined strategy—this phase is execution, automation, and scale. We're hiring someone to run the engine.

You own outbound across email, social, and community as one scalable system. AI is core—automation, messaging, optimization. You build, launch, and iterate in the tools; you own execution decisions and how performance improves.

Architect-level support is available if you need it—you're trusted to lead, move fast, and not wait on every spec. High execution, high ownership, with room to grow into broader leadership. If you want end-to-end outcomes and to show executional and strategic range—this is it.

You'll answer: How do we technically execute this funnel? How do we automate, track, and scale it? How do we connect data, tools, and workflows into one system that actually runs?

Possible Tech Stack: Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, PhantomBuster, Dripify, Drippi.ai, Warmy.io, GoHighLevel, SendGrid, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot (or Pipedrive), and AI tools for personalization and automation. You won't just use our stack—you'll help define what the "best" options are for our use case.

Compensation

Up to $275,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).

What Success Looks Like in 30 Days

Multi-channel pipeline live — email, LinkedIn, plus one other (Facebook, social DMs, or community)
Stack connected: CRM, outreach tools, enrichment, analytics in a unified workflow
Domain health and deliverability under control; sequences running with reporting on opens, replies, meetings booked
Dashboards in place; early experiments producing data

What Success Looks Like in 60 Days

Playbooks executed and documented; others can run the systems
Bottlenecks identified and addressed; iterating fast on data
At least one channel producing qualified leads with clear handoff

What You'll Do

Build and connect the stack — CRM, outreach, enrichment, automation (see Possible Tech Stack above); move leads from first touch to qualified handoff
Implement tracking — UTMs, attribution, pipelines, dashboards; measure by channel, spot bottlenecks
Own deliverability — domain warmup, email infrastructure, list hygiene, sequence iteration
Run LinkedIn, Facebook, and X automation — configure tools, avoid platform violations, vary copy and cadence with AI
Run experiments and document playbooks — A/B sequences and landing pages; iterate on data; surface what works and what's breaking

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

Hands-on execution — you build and run; not strategy-only or deck-only
Technical proficiency with the GTM stack — you've shipped with these or similar tools
Multi-channel outbound experience — email, LinkedIn, or social DMs at scale
Pipeline thinking — you see the whole flow and connect the pieces
Proven AI expertise in outbound — production track record applying AI to personalization, automation, agents, or copy at scale. Baseline for the role: you're expected to operate this way from day one—not learn it on the job.
Fast iteration — hypothesis → experiment → data → decision, in days not weeks

Nice-to-have:

Appetite to own more of the motion over time and ship without a spec for every move (not required day one)
Experience collaborating with GTM operators, SDRs, or vendors
Venture-backed startup experience

What You're NOT

Not a delegator — day one you're doing the work yourself; you may add support over time, but this isn't a management role. If you'd rather delegate than build, this isn't the right fit.

Build and maintain marketing automation workflows across CRM, email, paid platforms, and lifecycle tools
Implement and optimize multi-touch attribution and revenue tracking
Develop paid media automation using scripts, rules, and platform APIs

Significant experience with Claude Code and similar tools
Experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and automated optimization strategies
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
Comfortable working with data and writing basic SQL queries
Experience building dashboards tied to revenue metrics
Strong systems thinking — you design processes, not just execute tasks
High execution velocity and comfort operating independently

Founding GTM Engineer (Contract-to-Hire) at deepline.com

Deepline | In-Person (NYC Preferred) | 3-Month Contract

Linear. Vercel. Stripe. They took design as seriously as engineering. Beautiful.
Craft is a competitive advantage and they proved it.

Deepline is a CLI interface and API that connects 40+ GTM providers. One
command. Your database - your interfaces. The interface isn't there yet.

Right now our product lives in the terminal - working closely with Claude Code &
Codex to solve in minutes what used to take weeks. That's fine for the first
1000 users. It's not fine for the next 1m. We need someone who makes design
decisions while writing production code. You design it, you build it, you ship
it.

If you've ever opened Figma at midnight because you had an idea for how
something should feel and you couldn't sleep until you tried it, we should talk.
We're looking for someone who cares about the 2px difference between "good
enough" and "just right."

WHAT YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS LOOK LIKE

Month 1: You ship the marketing site. A full build that makes Deepline look like
a company that belongs in the same conversation as Linear and Vercel. You own
the visual identity. Typography, color, spacing, motion. Everything starts here.
You'll probably redesign the logo while you're at it because sans serif is for
boomers.

Month 2: You build the first product UI. Dashboards for workflow monitoring,
provider configuration, cost/usage analytics. You design and build the component
library that scales with the product. You're making decisions about information
hierarchy that affect how customers understand what Deepline is doing for them.

Month 3: You ship the multi-agent onboarding flow. Interactive tutorials, CLI
output formatting, error messages that actually help. You create visual content
for a product launch. Your work speaks for itself.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

* The visual identity. When someone sees Deepline, they should know it
 immediately.
* Deepline's web presence. Marketing site, documentation, interactive demos.
* Product UI for dashboards, workflow builders, provider config, cost/usage
 analytics
* Design system. Component library, typography, color, spacing, motion. You
 build it, you own it.
* Developer experience layer: CLI output formatting, error messages, onboarding
 flows
* Visual content for launches. Product announcements, social assets, changelog,
 demo videos.

YOU'LL RECOGNIZE YOURSELF HERE

* You've shipped production UI that you designed and built. React/Next.js,
 Tailwind CSS.
* Strong opinions about typography, spacing, color, and motion. And you
implement those opinions in code, not Figma.
* You've built with shadcn/ui, Radix, or Framer Motion. You understand
component architecture, not just component styling.
* You care about the details most people don't notice. Loading states. Empty
states. Error states. Transitions. Hover interactions.
* You look at Linear, Vercel, or Stripe and think "I can build at that level."
 Not "I wish I could."
* You want to define a product's visual language from day one. Not inherit
someone else's design system and maintain it.
* You have a portfolio, a side project, or a Dribbble that you're actually
 proud of. Show us.

CONTRACT TERMS

* 3-month contract at market rate
* Clear conversion criteria discussed upfront. No ambiguity.
* If we convert: full founding-team comp (140K-220k salary + 0.50%-1.00%
 equity)
* In-person, NYC preferred.

GTM Engineer at Lokalise

Who are we
At Lokalise, we make it easy and profitable for businesses to expand into new markets. Founded in 2017, our AI-powered translation and localization platform automates workflows, integrates with over 60 tools, and helps product teams launch multilingual products 10x faster and at 80% lower cost. Trusted by thousands of businesses across over 100 countries, Lokalise is empowering more than 25 million people worldwide to use diverse services in their native languages. Backed by a customer-loved support team, our platform seamlessly fits into your design and development processes, helping you scale effortlessly.
Location
While our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you must reside and have the legal right to work in one of the following countries: the United Kingdom, Latvia or Spain.
This is a full-time, remote position. Please note that we do not engage on a B2B or contractor basis.
We do not partner with search firms.
About
We are looking for a talented and experienced GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. As a GTM Engineer at Lokalise, you'll build AI-powered workflows that make enablement operational—embedded directly into our revenue systems rather than delivered through training. You'll identify problems across sales, marketing, and customer success, design technical solutions, ship prototypes, and scale what works—tracking impact through metrics like pipeline generated and hours saved.
You Will
Design and deploy agentic workflows that automate prep, CRM updates, summaries, and admin tasks across Sales, AM, and CS.
Architect AI-native automations that surface next-best actions and trigger timely follow-ups to directly improve deal velocity.
Build signal detection systems that monitor usage shifts, renewal risks, and expansion opportunities, routing AI-generated drafts (emails, decks, ROI views) to reps in real-time.
Integrate and evolve the GTM stack, connecting LLM platforms (e.g., Dust) with CRM and execution tools to ensure a cohesive data flow as we scale.
Develop the core systems powering opportunity management, forecasting, sales handoffs, and post-sale workflows.
Construct enablement signal pipelines that extract and synthesize execution data from Salesforce, Gong, and product usage.
Replace static playbooks with "always-on" enablement, embedding guidance directly into the reps' daily workflow rather than via traditional training.
Drive and measure operational impact, focusing on metrics like prep time saved, signal-to-action speed, and workflow adoption.

You Must Have
5+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales engineering or architecture at a fast-moving company.
Expertise in orchestrating the modern GTM stack (e.g., Clay, n8n, Make, Salesforce) to build automated, high-leverage workflows.
You have experience building AI-native workflows or autonomous agents (using tools like Dust, Relevance AI, or OpenAI APIs) that support the full customer lifecycle—from sales pipelines to post-sale ops.
You can translate "messy" human problems from Sales/CS into clean system designs that increase rep productivity.
Excitement about the potential of AI to make sales and customer workflows smarter and more automated.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can ship prototypes autonomously.
It’s a Plus If You Have
Familiarity with SQL or experience navigating data warehouses to help identify and surface customer usage or intent signals.
Our Benefits
Competitive salary and employee stock options plan.
Fully remote and flexible working hours.
Co-working budget — want a little escape from your home office? We’ve got you.
Flexible vacation policy to recharge whenever you need.
Home office setup budget — monitor, desk, ergonomics, whatever helps you do your best work.
Learning and development budget to level up your skills and career.
Health insurance to keep you covered.
Wellness allowance to invest in your mental and physical well-being — gym, meditation, coaching, or whatever helps you thrive.
Great startup culture — we’re remote but close-knit, with regular retreats and social events to stay connected.

You'll work alongside a GTM Engineer (Growth) focused on prospecting, enrichment, and signal activation, and a Senior Data Analyst who owns our Snowflake lakehouse and BI stack. Small team, big scope.
This role is remote (US) with occasional in-person working sessions (travel paid for by Unstructured).
\n

What You'll Do
Own and evolve HubSpot CRM architecture: deal stages, pipeline configuration, property management, record automation, and data hygiene at scale.
Build and maintain workflow automation across the full GTM funnel: lead routing, lifecycle stage progression, assignment rules, and sales stage enforcement.
Design and operationalize the Marketing -> BDR -> AE lead -> Solutions implementation handoff, including routing logic, SLAs, and feedback loops.
Own deal desk, CPQ, and quote-to-cash processes, working with sales and BizOps to ensure clean handoffs from signed contract to provisioning to payment made.
Ship custom integrations and tools using AI-assisted development (Claude Code, etc.) that solve real operational problems and run in production.
Support GTM team onboarding and enablement: build onboarding workflows, maintain playbook distribution, and ensure new hires are productive in the stack quickly.
Manage attribution and lead funnel reporting in conjunction with Marketing/Growth to ensure pipeline sources and conversion metrics are accurate.
Conduct build vs. buy analysis for new tooling needs. Not everything needs to be custom-engineered; know when to configure, when to integrate, and when to build.

What We're Looking For (Essential Skills)
4+ years in GTM (revenue/marketing/sales) operations or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
Deep HubSpot CRM experience, including workflow automation, custom properties, and pipeline management.
Experience building and maintaining workflow automations (HubSpot workflows, n8n, Zapier, or similar).
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.). Must have shipped a tool, integration, or automation to production that a team actually uses.
Experience with lead routing (including Marketing to BDR to AE handoff), deal stage management, and sales process design.
Experience with designing system for handoff of accounts from Sales to Solutions for technical implementation
Experience with CPQ, billing integrations, or deal desk operations.
Experience with owning sales enablement processes, such as a GTM team onboarding processes/automations
Ability to run quick build vs. buy analyses: not everything needs to be custom-engineered.
A documentation-heavy mindset with a knack for effective change management

Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with Clay for data enrichment.
Experience at a developer-focused or open-source company.
Experience with Enterprise ICPs and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Why Unstructured
Join a company at the cutting edge of AI + data infrastructure, powering the future of generative AI.
Own the systems engineering layer of GTM at a Series B company. Real ownership, not ticket-taking.
Work on a team that builds and deploys full-stack apps, AI-powered tools, and custom integrations. You'll ship things that matter.
Small team (3 people, 10 functions) = massive scope and direct impact on how the company sells.
You're encouraged to experiment with tools. Freedom to build.
Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.

GTM Engineer at veritree

veritree and Job Overview
veritree is an award-winning climate tech start-up based in Vancouver. Launched in 2021, our technology measures and verifies the impact of global restoration efforts from the ground up. We are on a mission to plant 1 billion verified trees by 2030, collaborating with businesses, planting organizations, and consumers who believe in the transformative power of verified restoration projects to create real and meaningful impact for the planet, nature, and people.

veritree is seeking a GTM Engineer who has experience building and scaling outbound sales infrastructure. Someone who can understand our current motion, identify exactly where we’re leaking, and build systems that make our sales and marketing teams measurably faster and more effective. You’ll evaluate, implement, and manage tools across our GTM stack and build integrations between tools where off-the-shelf connections fall short. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and RevOps — which means you’re translating field intelligence into system improvements in near real-time. Expect regular touchpoints with Sales leadership on pipeline quality, and direct collaboration with BDRs on sequencing and targeting.
6 Month Key Outcomes (6m KOs)
Build and continuously replenish a market intelligence dataset of 1,500+ net-new companies engaging in environmental and alternative give-back initiatives, enabling sales and marketing to prioritize accounts with high intent.
Design and operate AI-driven enrichment and outbound automation across email and LinkedIn that surfaces relevant company signals and automatically populates CRM-ready fields used in outbound sequences.
Enable measurable improvements in Sales performance and pipeline quality, contributing toward a minimum 25% increase in meetings booked and a 15% increase in meetings per person progressing into the deal pipeline through improved targeting, timing, personalization, and trust-driven messaging.
What You’ll Do:Outbound Infrastructure & Automation
Design and maintain our outbound engine — prospecting workflows, lead routing, sequencing cadences, and follow-up automation across our BDR team.
Collaborate to optimize our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, n8n, enrichment tools, intent data) to ensure every tool is actively driving the pipeline.
Build automations that reduce manual sales and marketing effort so our team spends more time in high-quality conversations and less time on data entry.
ICP Targeting & Account Intelligence
Develop and continuously sharpen our ICP model for enterprise ESG buyers — using firmographic data, intent signals, public ESG commitments, sustainability reporting filings, and third-party enrichment to identify accounts primed to buy now.
Go beyond the known ICP: proactively research and model emerging buyer segments that veritree hasn’t yet penetrated.
Build scoring models that separate high-fit, high-urgency accounts from the noise — so our sales team spend zero time on the wrong target.
Experimentation
Run structured A/B tests on outbound messaging, sequencing, and targeting — including how we leverage veritree’s verified impact data as a differentiated hook in outreach.
Build feedback loops between BDRs, AEs, and leadership so winning experiments become standard practice fast.
QualificationsProfessional Requirements or Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales analytics, market intelligence, revenue operations, research, or GTM strategy roles.
Strong understanding of CRM administration (HubSpot or Salesforce) including workflow automation and pipeline architecture.
Hands-on experience with Clay and at least one major sales engagement platform (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or equivalent) — with demonstrated results.
Comfortable with light scripting or no-code automation (n8n, Zapier, or APIs) to connect systems when off-the-shelf integrations fall short.
Personal Strengths
Strong sense of urgency and adept at rapid iteration.
Able to think ahead and set up technology for the future.
Experience building personalization at scale using AI tooling — not just using the tools, but engineering the prompts and workflows around them.
Knowledge of sales cycles involving a VP or C-suite, sustainability, procurement, or brand partnerships buyer.
Benefits & Compensation Overview
At veritree, we recognize that compensation and performance development are key to attracting and retaining top talent. Our approach is grounded in fairness, transparency, and creating opportunities for growth as both our people and business scale.
Some highlights you can expect include:
Competitive salary with a performance-driven framework that ensures fair and consistent compensation reviews, tied to individual impact and business growth
Extended health, dental, and vision benefits
Additional Health Spending Account (HSA) / Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) to support your well-being and lifestyle interests
A variety of time-off programs, including vacation, personal days, and a 4-week remote work program each year
Employee discount with tentree, our sister company
A flexible, hybrid work environment designed for collaboration and focus-driven impact
veritree ensures that compensation is reviewed fairly and consistently, with opportunities for salary progression tied to sustained performance. As such, the salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 CAD.

This range is positioned around the 50th-75th percentile of market data we’ve collected, reflecting our commitment to competitive pay. Final offer amounts are based on individual experience and skillset of the candidate demonstrated during the recruitment process.
We reserve the >75th percentile of our salary ranges for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at veritree.

You will bring direct GTM domain expertise and deep, hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and you'll use both to build infrastructure that creates lasting commercial leverage.
The best candidates for this role have done the hard work of GTM: outbound strategy, customer segmentation, messaging, business development and have also built tangible applications with AI tools. You know where the manual work hides, and you know how to engineer it away.
You’ll Work Across:
Designing and deploying end-to-end AI-powered GTM workflows spanning prospecting, outreach, enrichment, qualification, and pipeline management
Building and owning the GTM tech stack with tools like Clay, n8n, HubSpot, and custom integrations, and architecting the systems that connect them
Developing and iterating customer segmentation models, ICP scoring frameworks, and signal-based targeting systems using enrichment data and AI
Rapid-prototyping new GTM motions, running structured experiments with real pipeline data, and scaling what works
Using Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI coding tools to build custom automations, scripts, and lightweight applications that accelerate GTM output
Partnering with sales, marketing, and business development to translate business needs into automated systems and measuring the revenue impact
Identifying new areas where AI tools can be applied to GTM functions, staying ahead of what's possible and experimenting before it becomes standard practice
Developing communications processes, messaging frameworks, outreach sequences, and content systems that can be personalized at scale through AI
What We're Looking For / Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B go-to-market roles: business development, sales operations, growth, or revenue operations, with direct exposure to customer segmentation, targeting, outbound strategy, and pipeline generation
Deep, working proficiency with AI coding tools including Claude Code and Cursor/Copilot, you build with these tools daily, not occasionally
Experience building and automating workflows with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms, with the ability to design and deploy complex multi-step automations
Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, or equivalent data enrichment and prospecting platforms as a core part of your GTM toolset
A systems thinker who designs for scale, you see manual GTM work as an engineering problem and default to automating it
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; the ability to work across sales, marketing, product, and research teams to understand needs and ship solutions
Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the playbook doesn't exist yet
Qualifications / Additional Skills:
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) including building custom workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting infrastructure
Comfort writing Python or SQL to build custom integrations, data pipelines, or lightweight internal tools when off-the-shelf solutions aren't enough
Familiarity with LLM prompting techniques and orchestration frameworks as applied to GTM use cases: process optimization, outreach personalization, research automation, scoring, summarization
Experience measuring and reporting on GTM automation ROI: pipeline generated, time saved, conversion improvements, CAC reduction
Comfort designing and testing messaging frameworks at the ICP, vertical, or persona level and using AI to personalize at scale
Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth AI company, or strong familiarity with the AI tooling ecosystem
Interest in frontier AI research and the ability to translate technical product concepts into compelling commercial narratives
Why Work at Zyphra:
Zyphra is building at the frontier of AI and this role sits at the center of how that work gets seen
You will build and help define the function, not inherit it; there is no legacy playbook to maintain
We move with the urgency of a startup and the rigor of a research lab, speed and quality are not in tension here, they're expected together
You will work directly alongside researchers, engineers, and founders, not through layers of management, which means your work gets seen, challenged, and improved fast
We believe GTM can be a demonstration of what AI can do; you will be empowered to prove that
Benefits and Perks:
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and FSA plans
Competitive compensation and 401(k) plan
Relocation and immigration support on a case-by-case basis
In-office snacks and meals provided
Unlimited PTO and company holidays
In-person team in San Francisco with a collaborative, high-energy environment

GTM Engineer - Revenue Technology (AI & Automation) at WATI.io

Wati is the world's leading WhatsApp-first conversational growth platform, empowering businesses to build deeper customer relationships and accelerate revenue growth.
Trusted and loved by over 16,000 customers across 190+ countries, Wati has established itself as the premier choice for businesses leveraging WhatsApp and other messaging channels to connect with customers on their platform of choice.
In a world where real-time interactions drive growth, Wati's story is all about business growth through conversations. At Wati, we believe that every conversation matters—whether it's engaging a first-time prospect, nurturing a qualified lead, or deepening relationships with loyal clients.
Our platform transforms these conversations into opportunities, where strong relationships ultimately drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Our Platform
Wati is building an AI-first GTM (Go-To-Market) engine to scale revenue without scaling headcount.
We are evolving from structured growth to intelligent automation at scale, where systems, data, and AI work together to power revenue teams.
This role sits at the core of that transformation.
About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Engineer – Revenue Technology (AI & Automation) to design and build the systems that power our go-to-market engine.
You will work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to understand how GTM operates in reality (not just how it is documented), and translate that into scalable systems.
Your goal is to turn fragmented tools, workflows, and data into a unified, intelligent revenue engine, while leveraging automation and AI to significantly improve team output.
What You’ll Do
Design and build systems to automate lead routing, pipeline movement, and lifecycle workflows
Sync data across CRM, billing, product, and support tools
Create real-time signals for sales, expansion, and retention
Own systems end-to-end: Discovery → Build → Rollout → Adoption → Iteration
Build sales automation workflows, account intelligence systems, and pipeline infrastructure
Develop expansion and churn detection engines
Build AI-powered systems to qualify and enrich leads
Detect buying signals and prioritize accounts
Surface deal risks and recommend next-best actions
Automate repetitive decision-making across GTM workflows
Transform CRM, product usage, campaign, and conversation data into actionable insights
Build systems that provide real-time intelligence to revenue teams
Continuously improve conversion rates, speed to lead, pipeline velocity, and sales productivity
Define success metrics and own outcomes end-to-end
Experience building automation, integrations, or AI-driven systems in a SaaS or GTM environment
Strong understanding of business systems, workflows, APIs, and automation logic
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, or data systems
Comfort working with messy data and fast iteration cycles
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable business impact (pipeline, conversion, velocity)
Builder mindset — you prefer creating systems over managing processes
Tech Stack
CRM & CX: HubSpot, Intercom
Billing: Stripe, Chargebee
Automation: Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n
Development: JavaScript, Python, Node.js, REST APIs, Webhooks
Data: SQL, BI tools, dashboards
AI: LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents
What Success Looks Like
GTM operates on scalable, automated systems
AI handles high-volume operational work
Revenue teams operate with real-time intelligence
Revenue becomes more predictable and data-driven

GTM Engineer at talentpluto

Location: New York, NY
Work Model: In-office (5 days/week)
Industry: B2B SaaS / Workflow Automation
Compensation: Competitive (flexible for the right hire; base + potential performance-based upside, total compensation can exceed $200K)
About Our Partner
Our partner is a fast-growing, Seed-stage B2B SaaS company building workflow automation software for operations-heavy teams. The platform transforms unstructured data—documents, PDFs, emails—into structured, usable information inside the systems companies rely on every day.
The company is currently at $1.5M+ ARR, growing approximately 15% month-over-month, and is already profitable. They are targeting $8–10M ARR by year-end and have strong momentum, including 15–20 inbound leads per week and a meaningful annual marketing budget to support growth. The team operates in-office in New York City and values speed, ownership, and clear impact.
The Opportunity
Our partner is hiring a GTM Engineer to lead and scale marketing-driven pipeline generation. This is an ownership-heavy role focused on measurable business impact. You will be entrusted with a defined budget and expected to generate qualified pipeline efficiently and strategically.
This is not a brand or product marketing role. The core mandate is to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes. You will evaluate existing channels, design structured experiments, prioritize high-upside tests, and scale what works across paid acquisition, content, lifecycle/email, positioning, and additional channels. You will build a holistic, integrated demand engine that connects all channels and drives consistent, repeatable pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
Own marketing-driven pipeline generation with clear revenue accountability
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across paid, content, lifecycle/email, and new growth initiatives
Prioritize growth initiatives based on expected return, cost to test, and speed to validation
Design and execute structured experiments to reach conclusive outcomes quickly
Manage and optimize existing paid programs, including oversight of agency relationships as needed
Diagnose channel performance ceilings and identify opportunities to unlock additional scale
Build reporting frameworks tied to qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes
Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to align demand generation with company objectives
Requirements
Experience leading demand generation or growth at a B2B SaaS company, ideally during the $1–10M ARR growth phase
Demonstrated ownership of pipeline targets (e.g., responsible for $X in pipeline or Y% pipeline growth)
Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to test, learn, and scale efficiently
Ability to allocate budget strategically and prioritize initiatives based on data
Experience operating in early-stage or Seed/Series A environments
Comfort working in-office in New York City
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
Why Join
High-visibility role with direct impact on company growth
Profitable, rapidly growing SaaS business with strong product-market fit
Meaningful marketing budget and existing inbound pipeline to build upon
Opportunity to shape and own the company’s entire demand engine
Competitive compensation with upside for strong performance

Location / Work Model / Industry / Compensation
Location: San Francisco, CA (relocation supported); exceptional remote candidates considered
Work model: Hybrid/onsite preferred (early-stage, in-person collaboration encouraged)
Industry: Enterprise AI infrastructure / Reinforcement Learning (RL) tooling
Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base salary (variable compensation and equity offered; details based on experience and final role design)
About the Company (our partner)
Our partner is an early-stage, high-growth startup building a highly technical platform in the reinforcement learning (RL) ecosystem. Their product helps organizations with valuable proprietary data create production-grade RL environments—and also enables companies to commercialize and sell RL capabilities externally. The team is small, elite, and moving quickly, with strong early traction and significant institutional backing.
The Opportunity
Our partner is hiring a Founding GTM (GTM Engineer / GTME) to own and build the company’s outbound and demand-generation engine from the ground up. This is not a traditional BDR role. You will design and run a modern, systems-driven pipeline machine—combining tooling, automation, and sharp customer targeting to consistently produce qualified meetings and pipeline.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team in a high-performance environment, with meaningful ownership over the playbook and significant runway to expand scope (e.g., additional channels, lifecycle motions, experimentation, and broader growth initiatives).
Responsibilities
Build and operate an end-to-end outbound engine: targeting → list building → enrichment → sequencing → booking meetings
Own CRM hygiene and workflow design to ensure leads move cleanly from sourcing through qualification
Implement and iterate automation systems (e.g., workflow tools, enrichment, sequencing, routing, scoring)
Define and improve qualification standards for meetings/leads in partnership with leadership
Run structured experimentation on messaging, audiences, and channels to improve conversion rates
Build durable documentation and internal processes so the motion scales beyond a single person
Partner with engineering and product teams to stay aligned on positioning, ICP refinement, and feedback loops
Requirements
Strong analytical and operational skills with a demonstrated ability to build systems (not just execute tasks)
High ownership mindset: comfortable operating with ambiguity and setting your own plan/metrics
Excellent organization and follow-through (you reliably manage pipelines, tasks, and priorities)
Strong written communication for outbound messaging and clear internal documentation
Comfort learning new tools quickly; experience with CRMs and automation tooling is a plus (e.g., workflow automation, enrichment, sequencing)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with high standards and rapid iteration
Authorized to work in the U.S. or open to visa sponsorship (sponsorship may be available)
Nice to have
Experience building outbound or growth systems (e.g., GTM ops, growth, sales ops, rev ops, automation-heavy SDR/BDR work)
Familiarity with AI / developer tooling ecosystems and technical buyer personas
Experience using automation tools (e.g., n8n) or modern prospecting stacks

RevOps GTM Engineer
Hybrid (minimum of 2-3 days a week from the office)
SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS
Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.
About the Role
Our GTM organization is at an inflection point after reaching more than €100M ARR in 2025. We're moving beyond linear scaling, where revenue growth requires proportional headcount growth, to exponential efficiency through systematic GTM engineering. You'll be responsible for identifying constraints in our revenue generation system and designing solutions that compound results rather than compound complexity.
You'll own the build and continuous evolution of our GTM tech stack. This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of AI automation, data infrastructure and revenue operations. You’ll collaborate closely with GTM leadership team, GTM Ops teams, Salesforce / CRM team and Analytics team to ensure consistent end-to-end GTM solutions. Your core accountability is simple: ship a superior GTM infrastructure that compounds efficiency through automation and AI.
Own the technical build-out of our modern GTM stack, including architecture strategy, tool selection and buy vs. build decisions.
Ensure the GTM stack operates as an integrated system across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Support - not a collection of point solutions.
Design and ship AI-native workflows and agents that fully eliminate manual and repetitive GTM tasks, measurably improves revenue team productivity and drives scalable growth using LLMs, workflow tools like Make/n8n/Zapier and lightweight scripting.
Build enrichment and signal activation logic (intent, engagement, firmographic, product/customer signals) to power effective routing, scoring and prioritization.
Partner with RevOps specialists to translate GTM process needs into system requirements and collaborate with Enablement to ensure adoption of new workflows and GTM systems.
Collaborate with BI/Analytics to translate our GTM data model in system requirements and to ensure data reliability for reporting, forecasting and decision-making.
Stay at the frontier of AI GTM tooling - continuously evaluate emerging tools, run structured pilots and bring new capabilities into the stack to maintain our competitive advantage
Qualifications
Experience
3–5+ years in B2B SaaS in roles such as GTM Engineer, RevOps Systems/Technology or Growth Engineering.
Proven experience building and scaling GTM tooling and workflows in a high-growth environment.
Technical Skills
Deep fluency in modern B2B Saas GTM tech stack incl. AI-native GTM platforms (e.g. Clay).
Strong practical experience in building and shipping AI agents and AI automations in production workflows.
Comfortable with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier or similar).
Operating Skills
Good understanding of product-led growth and sales-led growth GTM processes to design workflows that teams will actually use.
Strong bias to shipping: iterating fast, measuring impact and continuously improving.
Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Usercentrics we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Joining Usercentrics means becoming part of a fast-growing, diverse and international team of tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurially-minded who build our success story together
