This role is ideal for a systems thinker who excels at building scalable, lightweight workflows and thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build and optimize modern GTM systems for B2B SaaS and AI infrastructure - Design and automate sales engineering workflows using HubSpot, Make.com, Clay, and internal tools - Prototype and iterate on outbound, inbound, and qualification processes, leveraging cold outbound HubSpot Clay automations - Replace manual sales tasks with creative automation and AI-driven solutions - Rapidly test GTM ideas and scale successful strategies - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini) to accelerate prospect research, personalization, and account mapping - Develop AI-assisted workflows for founder-led sales and enterprise deal support - Support live deals with technical expertise and clear, customer-facing communication - Translate complex GPU and cloud infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives - Collaborate closely with sales, founders, and infrastructure teams - Identify and remove friction in the sales process, building feedback loops and documenting repeatable systems ❖ What We’re Looking For - Strong systems thinker with a bias for experimentation and execution - Comfortable operating in ambiguity and learning quickly - Experience with automation platforms (HubSpot, Make.com, Zapier, APIs) - Heavy user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini) for ideation and execution - Technical curiosity and ability to learn complex products - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High ownership mindset ❖ Nice to Have - Experience in enterprise or technical sales environments - Familiarity with enterprise & AI-native cloud sales, Neocloud, GPU cluster buyers - Background in startups or fast-moving teams - Basic scripting or API experience ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary - Performance-based commission - Equity in a high-growth company - Flexible work options: on-site in New York City, hybrid, or remote Ready to help build the infrastructure powering tomorrow’s AI?
