Reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating closely with the CSO, you’ll have broad visibility and influence across the entire revenue organization. This is your chance to blend technical expertise with strategic impact in a high-growth, mission-driven environment. ❖ What You’ll Do - Architect and own integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and a single source of truth from lead capture to deal close. - Design and implement automated lead management workflows for nurturing, routing, and scoring, eliminating lead leakage and accelerating response times. - Build automated systems to surface high-performing SEO topics and flag content for ICP/persona updates, driving content and SEO engineering excellence. - Develop cold outbound and ABM engines by researching, enriching, and deploying target account lists into multi-channel sequences using tools like Clay and n8n. - Leverage AI-first and no-code automation to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and speed up execution. - Deploy real-time signal monitoring systems to track TAM, SAM, and SOM for buying triggers and churn risks, integrating data from G2, website, and product usage. - Maintain CRM data integrity through automated enrichment and hygiene processes. - Deliver full-funnel reporting with highly accurate dashboards that connect marketing campaigns to sales outcomes and pipeline velocity. - Collaborate with GTM leaders to brainstorm, experiment, and operationalize new processes that drive revenue growth. ❖ What You’ll Bring - 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS RevOps or Marketing Ops, with a proven track record of connecting tools to drive pipeline growth. - Deep technical expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (HubSpot). - Proficiency in no-code/low-code automation, with the ability to write scripts (Python, etc.) or build custom API integrations when needed. - Strong analytical mindset—skilled at interpreting data to test hypotheses and inform strategic decisions. - Ability to translate marketing requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. - Commitment to operational rigor, documentation, QA, and change management. - Passion for staying ahead of the curve in GTM technology and process innovation. ❖ Bonus Points - Experience with Clay, n8n, or Agentic AI workflows. - Familiarity with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase) or sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Apollo). - Advanced RevOps knowledge, including multi-touch attribution and predictive scoring. - Background in HR Tech or the employee experience industry.
