This hands-on role is perfect for someone with strong Salesforce experience and a passion for optimizing quote-to-cash workflows in a B2B SaaS or AI environment. ❖ What You’ll Do - Support and optimize Quote-to-Cash processes, including CPQ workflows, order form reviews, and contract provisioning - Partner with Finance to streamline billing, invoicing, and monetization workflows - Reconcile customer usage, billing, and revenue data across CRM, product, and finance systems - Serve as a hands-on Salesforce administrator: build reports, maintain dashboards, and enhance system automations - Maintain data quality and governance standards - Triage and execute a wide range of RevOps requests - Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging AI tools and automation - Contribute to documentation and scalable RevOps processes as Deepgram grows ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3–4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles - Strong hands-on Salesforce skills (admin, reporting, flows, automations) - Deep curiosity and capability with AI tools like Cursor and Claude to optimize workflows - Experience with CPQ (Salesforce CPQ or similar) and contract generation tools (e.g., DocuSign Gen) is a plus - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-growing, ambiguous startup environment - Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills ❖ Benefits & Perks - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage - Annual wellness stipend and mental health support - Unlimited PTO, generous paid parental leave, and flexible schedules - 12 paid US company holidays - Quarterly productivity stipend and home office upgrade allowance - 401(k) plan with company match and tax savings programs - Learning stipend, conference participation, and AI enablement workshops - Employee Resource Groups and continuous learning opportunities *International benefits may vary by region ❖ Why Deepgram?
