❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer at Unframe, you’ll architect the automation, tooling, and data infrastructure that powers our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and enterprise sales execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Enablement, Marketing, and Solutions teams to streamline processes, scale outbound efforts, and drive pipeline growth. ❖ What You’ll Do
- Design automations that eliminate manual work for Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools like HubSpot and Clay
- Optimize outbound workflows, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and data tools
- Translate ICP and vertical strategies into scalable account selection and prioritization systems
- Continuously improve routing, segmentation, and engagement logic for cold outbound
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in pipeline creation and deal execution
- Develop dashboards to surface leading indicators and support sales productivity
- Work hands-on with Salesforce, APIs, automation platforms, and light scripting
- Evaluate and implement new GTM tools with a focus on scalability and maintainability
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, Growth Ops, or a GTM Engineering role
- Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales cycles
- Proven success building outbound or pipeline automation in B2B SaaS environments
- Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred), with experience in sequencing and enrichment platforms
- Comfortable working with structured data (SQL or similar skills are a plus)
- Track record of optimizing sales processes and driving measurable impact
