As part of Red Cell Partners, you’ll join a team dedicated to solving the nation’s most pressing challenges in healthcare, cyber, and national security. ❖ The GTM Engineer Role We’re seeking a GTM Engineer (B2B SaaS) to architect and operate our entire top-of-funnel engine. This is not a traditional SDR role—you’ll leverage AI tools, data enrichment, and automated workflows to drive pipeline and meetings. Your expertise in Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, and other GTM tooling will be critical as you design systems that scale, not just execute playbooks. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build and manage Clay workflows to research, enrich, and score 121+ target hospital accounts automatically - Configure and respond to buying triggers (Unify) within 4 hours using AI-personalized outreach - Design and optimize Apollo outreach sequences, A/B test messaging, and track conversion rates - Develop pre-conference outreach for major events (ASTRO, HIMSS, ACRO), scheduling 15–25 meetings per event - Generate AI-powered meeting prep briefs and post-call follow-ups to support senior sellers - Maintain Salesforce as the source of truth, reporting weekly on performance and insights - Document all systems and processes to enable future scaling ❖ About You - 2–4 years in B2B sales, sales ops, rev ops, or growth, with a track record of building systems - Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar GTM tools—configuring workflows, not just running them - Systems thinker who automates manual processes - Strong written communicator, able to craft personalized outreach using AI research - Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment ❖ Bonus Skills - Experience in healthcare or health-tech, understanding CMIO roles and health system procurement - Technical skills beyond no-code (SQL, Python, API integration for custom data pipelines) - Proven ability to build a GTM system from scratch ❖ What We’re Not Looking For - High-volume dialers or tool admins who don’t focus on outcomes - Candidates who need a playbook handed to them—you’ll be building the playbook ❖ Why Join Trase - Deployed AI product with real clinical outcomes, not just a concept - Be at the center of AI adoption conversations with every major health system - True ownership: build the territory, tooling, and outbound playbook - Work in an AI-native environment, using advanced tools daily - Backed by Red Cell Partners, with a leadership team experienced at scale (President: former VP AI/ML at AWS) ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 plus bonus, based on experience and skills - 100% employer-paid comprehensive health care (medical, dental, vision) for you and your family - 14 weeks paid maternity and paternity leave - Unlimited PTO (with management approval) - Career growth opportunities as the company scales - Professional development and continued learning - Optional 401K, FSA, and equity incentives - Mental health benefits via Tara Mind - Cost-effective GLP-1 solutions through Crux ❖ Commitment to Diversity Trase Systems and Red Cell Partners are Equal Opportunity Employers.
