Backed by $15M from top VCs and a YC W25 alum, HUD is scaling rapidly to meet surging demand. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll own HUD’s outbound pipeline end-to-end—targeting, enrichment, cold outbound, and meeting booking. Your mission: connect with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders who need better eval pipelines and show them how HUD solves their toughest challenges. This is not traditional SaaS sales; you’ll leverage your technical background to engage deeply with prospects and close deals at scale. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build and manage GTM workflows, including outbound email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling - Aggressively use AI tools (e.g., code scrapers, workflow automation, internal tool development) to 10x your output - Develop and iterate on messaging that resonates with technical buyers in the AI/ML ecosystem - Rapidly learn new industries and prospect pain points to tailor your approach - Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion at every stage - Collaborate closely with founders to refine our GTM playbook as we scale ❖ What We’re Looking For - Proven ability to build and run a GTM motion with measurable results - Strong track record of closing deals in B2B SaaS or developer tools - Technical background (CS, engineering, or extensive coding experience) - Deep familiarity with GTM tooling (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, custom automation) - Exceptional written communication that resonates with technical audiences - Startup experience and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Bonus points for: - Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or ML/AI products - Building outbound systems using tools like Clay, Apollo, or custom automation - Familiarity with RL, evals, and the AI/ML research landscape - Creative, high-leverage approaches to pipeline generation We value technical aptitude and learning potential over years of experience.
