❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll design, build, and optimize the systems that power outbound sales, lead generation, and revenue operations. This highly technical, revenue-facing role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in CRM platforms, sales automation tools, APIs, and data workflows. You’ll enable sales teams to operate at peak efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain GTM systems across CRM, outbound tools, and data platforms
- Design and optimize automated outbound sales workflows and sequences
- Integrate tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, and Apollo
- Develop scripts and workflows to improve lead routing, scoring, and qualification
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance pipeline generation
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize GTM processes for conversion and efficiency
- Implement AI and automation solutions to elevate outbound and inbound strategies
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Sales Operations roles
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier, Make, Clay, Outreach, and Apollo
- Basic to intermediate coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Deep understanding of outbound sales processes and lead generation
- Analytical mindset with a track record of working with sales data and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
