We need a GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between marketing and sales—owning the call booking process, optimizing demo qualification, and launching a world-class outbound program. If you’re passionate about building outbound from scratch and driving pipeline growth in a hybrid go-to-market environment, you’ll find plenty of opportunity here. ## What You’ll Do - Take full ownership of our demo call qualification process, using our custom AI tool “Leadgate” to ensure the right prospects reach our sales team. - Optimize the demo booking experience—owning copy, design, and form fields—to increase conversion from ICP trial signups to sales calls. - Build and refine the “rejection experience” for non-ICP demo requests, creating resources and flows that drive self-serve revenue and enhance brand perception. - Lead our cold outbound program, managing agency partners, approving outreach lists and email copy, and strategizing new outbound initiatives using tools like Clay, Instantly, and HubSpot. - Proactively reach out to ICPs who start trials but don’t book calls, designing and executing new processes to boost engagement and sales pipeline. ## Team Structure & Collaboration You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with both marketing and sales. Our team includes a full-time software engineer for technical iterations, a Product Marketer for messaging support, and a CRM managed by sales.
