Backed by $10M from top investors, we’re building the most advanced end-to-end system for scheduling, appointment management, inside sales, and revenue capture. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll design and own the systems, workflows, and automations that directly generate pipeline and drive revenue. This is a true 0→1 build: you’ll create, optimize, and scale go-to-market infrastructure from scratch, blending technical execution with commercial impact. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data, turning AI and automation into measurable revenue outcomes for our customers. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Architect and manage GTM systems for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - Maintain high-quality target account and contact data across key industries - Build signal-based prospecting workflows to drive cold outbound via email, calls, and LinkedIn - Own CRM architecture, pipeline stages, forecasting logic, and reporting integrity - Develop outbound and expansion systems using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and Zapier - Implement AI-native automations for enrichment, routing, scoring, and follow-up - Ensure data quality through rigorous QA, validation, and governance - Partner with GTM leadership on pipeline reviews, account planning, and forecasting - Build dashboards and reporting layers for funnel performance and revenue drivers - Translate product and operational signals into structured scoring and outreach workflows - Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in enterprise deal cycles - Continuously test, refine, and optimize GTM systems and workflows - Recommend and implement new tools and processes to increase efficiency - Ensure all systems perform in real-world environments and drive measurable revenue impact ❖ Who You Are - 3-6 years’ experience in GTM, Growth, RevOps, Sales Ops, Sales Engineering, or similar roles - Deep understanding of enterprise revenue mechanics and sales cycles - Builder mentality: you deliver working systems, not just presentations - Hands-on with Salesforce or HubSpot; familiarity with Clay.com, enrichment platforms, and workflow automations - Comfortable leveraging AI solutions to automate and scale processes - Highly autonomous, commercially minded, and execution-driven - Strong collaborator across GTM, Product, and Data teams - Bonus: Experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, reverse ETL, or admin-level Salesforce/HubSpot/Gong/Outreach ❖ What We Offer - Base salary: $160,000–$190,000 plus competitive equity - Full-time, on-site role in New York City - Unlimited PTO, $0 cost medical, 401(k) matching - Lunch and dinner provided in office - Gym membership stipend, Clear Travel Pass, and tech equipment - Mentorship pairing with a Revin advisor or investor - Relocation assistance - Significant upside through early ownership and career growth ❖ Who Thrives Here This is not a role for those seeking a predictable 9-5 or waiting for instructions.
