Our culture is open, collaborative, and supportive—where achievements are celebrated and continuous improvement is encouraged. ❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer, Retention & Growth As a GTM Engineer focused on Retention & Growth, you’ll architect and automate the systems that drive customer health, expansion, and retention. This hybrid role is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with three days per week in our office. You’ll report to the Head of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product teams. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and build an automated Expansion Engine to capture adoption signals and trigger proactive outreach for Account Managers - Implement AI-driven workflows to monitor account health, flag at-risk behaviors, and generate personalized playbooks for the CS team - Audit and automate post-sales technology, streamlining renewals, upsells, and cross-sells into a seamless, data-driven lifecycle - Partner with CS and AM leaders to identify and eliminate manual bottlenecks in the renewal process - Ensure robust, scalable revenue governance and 100% data integrity between Product Analytics and CRM systems - Experiment with LLMs and AI tools to summarize account health, analyze NPS sentiment, and predict expansion opportunities - Manage end-to-end execution of emerging projects, including meeting management, stakeholder follow-ups, and data tracking ❖ What We’re Looking For - 6+ years in SaaS, with at least 2 years in GTM automation, RevOps architecture, or CS Ops - Strong systems thinking and the ability to visualize automated customer journeys from onboarding to renewal - Deep expertise in workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Tray.io) and customer data platforms - Advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture and experience with CS platforms like Planhat, Gainsight, or ChurnZero - Practical experience using LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) for sentiment analysis and account summaries - Solid understanding of post-sales metrics: NDR, GRR, and LTV We welcome applicants from all backgrounds—even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. ❖ Bonus Skills - Experience with AI agent frameworks - Previous roles as a Founding GTM Engineer or RevOps Architect in high-growth SaaS - Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) for building live ROI dashboards - Understanding of outbound prospecting and scalable automation for account identification ❖ Why Join LearnUpon? - Competitive salary and company ESOP - 25 days PTO plus an annual wellness day - Private health insurance and 401k - Generous parental benefits, including up to 26 weeks’ paid maternity leave and 4 weeks’ paid paternity leave - Up to 4 weeks per year working abroad (role eligibility applies) - Clear career progression and growth opportunities - Collaborative, supportive culture with regular team events ❖ Our Hiring Process - Screening call for qualified applicants - Series of practical interviews - Final interview with a C-Suite team member - Offer extended to the successful candidate LearnUpon is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
