❖ About the Role: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll go beyond traditional operations. You’ll design and automate the infrastructure that fuels our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, integrating tools like HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack to deliver hyper-personalized outreach at scale. Your work will empower our sales and marketing teams to act on real-time, high-intent signals—ensuring we reach the right prospects at the perfect moment.
❖ What You’ll Own
- Signal Engineering: Use Clay, custom scrapers, and LLMs to detect buying signals (hiring trends, tech changes, social intent) and deliver actionable insights to BDRs and marketing.
- Revenue Architecture: Manage seamless, bi-directional data flows between HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack, ensuring accurate field mapping and robust tracking via GTM.
- Growth Intelligence: Build predictive lead scoring, identify complex buying centers, and optimize AI credit usage with smart caching logic.
- ABX Logic at Scale: Develop advanced ABX workflows, leveraging niche scraping and AI categorization to uncover opportunities missed by standard databases.
- Agentic Enablement: Create AI agents that research company 10-Ks or news and generate personalized briefings for Account Executives.

You’re a systems thinker who bridges technical engineering and revenue strategy. Manual data entry frustrates you—you prefer building scalable, automated solutions. You’re a power user of Clay, HubSpot, and HockeyStack, fluent in LLMs like Claude and GPT-4, and skilled at integrating APIs and web scraping. You thrive in high-growth B2B SaaS environments and are passionate about optimizing cold outbound and GTM processes.
❖ Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or Marketing Operations within B2B SaaS
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs) and automation platforms (Clay, Make.com, Zapier)
- Hands-on experience with web scraping, API integrations, and LLMs (Claude, OpenAI)
- Proven track record managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) and attribution tools (HockeyStack, Dreamdata)
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent technical RevOps/Growth experience)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive pipeline growth
