You’ll own Salesforce administration, manage tool integrations, ensure data integrity, and provide user support—enabling every seller, marketer, and customer success team member to work seamlessly. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company and grow into a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS career path. ❖ What You’ll Own - Salesforce platform administration: configure objects, fields, automation (Flows, validation rules), and manage user access - Oversee sandbox management, deployments, and release processes with our Salesforce Architect - Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve user challenges, and maintain system documentation - Administer GTM tools including Gong, Marketo, CPQ platforms, DocuSign CLM, Slack, Jira, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay - Monitor and resolve data sync and integration issues across the GTM stack - Support rollout and adoption of new GTM tools and integrations - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems - Conduct regular data audits and proactively address discrepancies - Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for sales and revenue teams - Identify and automate recurring manual tasks using scripting (Python or similar) - Support GTM Engineers in testing, deploying, and maintaining automation workflows ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in SaaS or high-growth environments - Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Platform App Builder a plus - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and declarative automation - Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, Marketo, CPQ platforms, or similar (CPQ admin a strong plus) - Familiarity with data integrations, ETL concepts, and the lead-to-cash process - Exposure to Revenue Operations or Sales Operations workflows - Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for automating data operations - Analytical and problem-solving skills to trace and resolve data discrepancies - Excellent communication skills; you’ll be the first point of contact for system issues - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field ❖ What Sets You Apart - You default to automation for any repeatable task - You treat data discrepancies as urgent, not acceptable - You can juggle competing priorities from multiple stakeholders - You understand the lead-to-cash journey and how it’s tracked in Salesforce and connected GTM tools - You’re curious about engineering and eager to grow into a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS role ❖ Growth Path This Revenue Systems Engineer role is designed as a launchpad into the GTM Engineer track.
