This is not a traditional demand generation or marketing role. Instead, you’ll design and build unified, system-level GTM engines—defining target accounts, identifying buying signals, enriching data, and triggering timely actions to drive qualified pipeline. You’ll operate at the intersection of growth, RevOps, and data engineering, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Clay, Salesforce, and Apollo. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Develop TAM mapping and targeting strategies, building ICP models, account scoring frameworks, and segmentation logic to focus on high-fit, high-intent accounts - Build systems for signal detection and intent monitoring, operationalizing buying triggers from job changes to website activity - Design account-based GTM infrastructure, including enrichment pipelines, trigger-based prospecting, and lifecycle automations for a sales-led model - Create scalable outbound and pipeline generation systems using enrichment logic, AI-assisted personalization, and signal-triggered campaigns - Implement tiered GTM workflows for Tier 1, 2, and 3 accounts, balancing deep personalization with efficient automation - Own outbound infrastructure, from account research and enrichment waterfalls to workflow automation - Build full-funnel lifecycle automation connecting signals, account stages, outreach, and follow-up across marketing and sales - Evaluate, implement, and optimize the GTM tech stack—data enrichment, sequencing, CRM, website tracking, and automation - Ensure data integrity and system reliability through enrichment logic, deduplication, and sync architecture - Run experimentation and performance analytics to surface high-impact signals and workflows - Establish cross-functional feedback loops with sales, marketing, and RevOps to continuously refine targeting and workflows ❖ About You - 3–6 years in growth, GTM systems, RevOps, or similar roles in B2B SaaS - Proven experience building GTM systems from scratch, not just maintaining them - Deep understanding of sales-led growth and pipeline mechanics - Systems-first mindset—you think in workflows, not campaigns - AI-native—comfortable using tools like Claude, Clay, and ChatGPT - Highly data fluent—skilled in enrichment, scoring, and experimentation - Technically adept—able to build complex systems without heavy engineering support - Commercially sharp—understand how your work drives revenue - Fast and iterative—ship quickly and improve based on results ❖ Preferred Experience - Built enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and outbound systems - Worked with tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clearbit - Designed workflows that convert buying signals into pipeline - Run structured experiments to improve conversion - RevOps experience or deep understanding of revenue systems - Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or automation tools - Ability to write SQL, Python, or JavaScript - Experience selling into enterprise or finance personas ❖ What This Role Is Not - Not a demand generation, paid ads, SEO, or content role - You are building the system behind growth, not running the channels ❖ Why Join - Build growth infrastructure from scratch at a company with a clear ICP and strong product-market fit - Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, finance leaders, and investors - Thrive in an AI-native environment where automation and intelligence are core to every process - Enjoy competitive salary, equity, and benefits including 401k and unlimited PTO Ready to architect the future of GTM systems in B2B SaaS?
