As GTM Engineer, you’ll own the infrastructure powering go-to-market strategy—defining target accounts, detecting buying signals, enriching data, and triggering timely actions. You’ll operate at the intersection of growth, RevOps, and data engineering, building the unified system that drives qualified pipeline. ❖ Key Responsibilities - TAM Mapping & Targeting: Define and maintain the total addressable market, build ICP models, account scoring, segmentation, and tiering to focus on high-fit accounts. - Signal Detection: Develop systems to monitor first-, second-, and third-party signals—job changes, hiring trends, website activity, partner referrals, and more—to trigger precise GTM actions. - Account-Based GTM Infrastructure: Design workflows, enrichment pipelines, trigger-based prospecting, and lifecycle automations supporting a sales-led GTM model. - Systematic Pipeline Generation: Build scalable outbound systems—enrichment logic, signal-triggered campaigns, AI-assisted personalization, and routing logic—to generate qualified pipeline. - Tiered GTM Workflows: Create differentiated workflows for Tier 1, 2, and 3 accounts, enabling deep personalization for high-priority targets and efficient automation at scale. - Outbound Infrastructure: Own the technical backbone for cold outbound, including account research, enrichment waterfalls, sequencing, and workflow automation. - Lifecycle Automation: Connect signals, account stages, outreach, and follow-up across marketing and sales to move accounts intelligently through the funnel. - Tech Stack Ownership: Evaluate and optimize the GTM tool stack—Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clearbit, and more—for seamless integration and high leverage. - Data Integrity: Ensure data quality with robust enrichment, deduplication, sync architecture, and system hygiene. - Experimentation & Analytics: Run experiments across targeting, signals, and workflows; build reporting to surface what drives pipeline growth. - Cross-Functional Feedback: Create feedback loops with sales, marketing, and RevOps to refine ICP targeting, scoring, and workflow design. ❖ About You - 3–6 years in growth, GTM systems, RevOps, or similar roles in B2B SaaS - Proven experience building GTM systems from scratch - Deep understanding of sales-led growth and pipeline mechanics - Systems-first mindset—you think in workflows, not campaigns - AI-native—tools like Claude, Clay, and ChatGPT are core to your process - Highly data fluent—comfortable with enrichment, scoring, and experimentation - Technically adept—able to build complex systems without heavy engineering support - Commercially sharp—focused on how your work drives revenue - Fast and iterative—you ship quickly and improve based on results ❖ Preferred Experience - Built enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and outbound systems - Hands-on with Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clearbit - Designed workflows that convert buying signals into pipeline - Run structured experiments to optimize conversion - RevOps experience or deep understanding of revenue systems - Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation tools - Ability to write SQL, Python, or JavaScript - Experience selling into enterprise or finance personas ❖ What This Role Is Not - Not a demand gen, paid ads, SEO, or content role - You are building the system behind growth, not running channels ❖ Why Join - Build growth infrastructure from the ground up at a company with clear ICP and strong product-market fit - Collaborate with top engineers, finance leaders, and investors reshaping enterprise accounting - Thrive in an AI-native environment where AI is central to how you work - Competitive salary, equity, and benefits (401k, unlimited PTO) Ready to architect the GTM engine for a next-generation B2B SaaS platform?
