Embedded within the GTM organization, you’ll deliver reliable automations using tools like n8n, Clay, and Claude Code, ensuring sellers and GTM teams can trust the systems they rely on every day. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and AI-powered agents for sales, marketing, and revenue operations - Develop and support data models, ETL pipelines, and enrichment workflows for outbound targeting, account scoring, and growth initiatives - Integrate and optimize data flows across Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Snowflake, and Clay, supporting seamless GTM operations - Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Enterprise AI Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate requirements into effective solutions - Identify manual or repetitive processes and propose automation strategies to boost productivity - Grow your technical scope over time, with mentorship from senior engineers and leadership ❖ Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, data analysis, marketing operations, or sales operations within a SaaS or subscription-based business - Proficiency in Python and SQL - Experience building automated workflows with tools like Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms - Working knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI, or Databricks - Familiarity with Salesforce data concepts and GTM system integrations - Understanding of GTM business processes, including pipeline creation and marketing-to-sales handoffs - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills ❖ Preferred Qualifications - Experience with data enrichment platforms like Clay or ZoomInfo - Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (Claude, OpenAI, AI agents) and their application in GTM workflows - Exposure to sales engagement platforms (Outreach, 6Sense) and revenue intelligence tools (Gong) - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience ❖ Location & Compensation This GTM Engineer role is remote, open to candidates in the United States or Ontario, Canada. The annual salary range is $83,500 – $145,000+ CAD, based on experience, skills, and location.
