Trusted by 1.5 million customers in 180+ countries, we unlock business-critical data trapped in documents, connecting agreements to core business systems and driving efficiency, revenue, and opportunity. ❖ About the AI GTM Engineer Role As an AI GTM Engineer B2B SaaS on our Growth team, you’ll leverage your engineering expertise to design and implement AI-driven workflows, agents, and tools that supercharge Marketing and Growth operations. You’ll collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Operations, Performance Marketing, PLG, and Data Science to automate customer journeys, run experiments, and deliver actionable insights. Your work will accelerate high-impact AI use cases—enabling faster campaign builds, smarter targeting, and more effective experimentation. You’ll help transform manual, fragmented processes into seamless, AI-augmented systems that boost activation, retention, and revenue. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows for core Growth use cases (lifecycle/email, in-product prompts, performance marketing, onboarding, experimentation) - Translate business goals into agent-powered flows, from data ingestion to user-facing surfaces (email, in-product, ads, sales handoffs) - Build internal tools and Agentic User Interfaces (AGUI) for marketers to configure and monitor AI-driven journeys - Rapidly prototype and experiment with AI-powered MVPs, measuring impact on conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV - Drive change management and enablement, coaching marketers and stakeholders to adopt and maintain AI workflows - Partner with IT, Data Engineering, and platform teams to enhance data access, tooling, and foundational capabilities - Document patterns and reusable components to scale AI success across teams ❖ Work Location & Flexibility This is a hybrid role—split your time between remote work and in-office collaboration (minimum 2 days per week). Access to a Docusign office is required. ❖ What You Bring Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years building user-facing software applications (front-end, back-end, or full-stack) - 1+ years hands-on AI engineering with large language models (LLMs), coding assistants, or agentic systems - Proficiency in a modern programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or similar) - Experience with Growth/GTM metrics (funnel conversion, activation, retention, LTV, CAC payback) - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with agent frameworks (Azure Agentic Framework, AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.) and multi-agent workflow design - Strong understanding of prompt design, retrieval strategies, LLM evaluation, and failure modes - Familiarity with data platforms and GTM stacks (Snowflake, CDPs, Iterable, Hightouch, Salesforce/CRM, ad platforms, product analytics) - Experience in cross-functional Growth or GTM teams within B2B SaaS - Comfort in fast-paced, experimental environments with a focus on reliability ❖ Compensation & Benefits - California base salary: $157,500 - $254,350 - Eligible for company bonus plan and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) - Comprehensive global benefits: - Paid Time Off and company holidays - Up to six months paid parental leave - Full health benefits from day one - Retirement and pension plans with employer contributions - Learning and development opportunities - Compassionate care leave ❖ Life at Docusign At Docusign, we’re committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers, and communities.
