As the #1 company in e-signature and CLM, we’re redefining how agreements are created, managed, and optimized. ❖ The Opportunity: AI GTM Engineer, Growth As an AI GTM Engineer on our Growth team, you’ll leverage your engineering expertise to build AI-driven workflows, agents, and tools that make Marketing and Growth teams more efficient and effective. You’ll collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Operations, Performance Marketing, PLG, and Data Science to turn briefs and data into automated customer journeys, experiments, and actionable insights. You’ll accelerate high-impact AI use cases across Marketing and Growth, transforming manual, fragmented processes into AI-augmented systems that boost efficiency, activation, retention, and revenue. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Director, Growth Analytics. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows for core Growth use cases (lifecycle/email, in-product prompts, performance marketing, onboarding, experimentation) - Translate business goals into agent-powered flows, from data ingestion to user-facing surfaces (email, in-product, ads, sales handoffs) - Build internal tools and Agentic User Interfaces (AGUI) for marketers to configure and iterate on AI-driven journeys - Rapidly prototype and experiment with AI-powered MVPs, measuring impact on conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV - Drive change management and enablement, partnering with stakeholders to adopt and evolve AI-powered tools - Coach marketers and business teams to maintain and improve AI workflows for greater self-sufficiency - Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and platform teams to enhance data access and foundational capabilities - Document patterns and reusable components to scale AI successes across teams ❖ What You Bring Basic Qualifications: - 8+ years building user-facing software applications (front-end, back-end, or full-stack) - 1+ years hands-on AI engineering with large language models (LLMs), coding assistants, or agentic systems - Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or similar) - Experience with Growth/GTM metrics (funnel conversion, activation, retention, LTV, CAC payback) - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with agent frameworks (Azure Agentic Framework, AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar) and multi-agent workflow design - Strong understanding of prompt design, retrieval strategies, LLM evaluation, and common failure modes - Familiarity with data platforms and GTM stacks (Snowflake, CDPs, Iterable, Hightouch, Salesforce/CRM, ad platforms, product analytics) - Experience in cross-functional Growth or GTM teams within B2B SaaS - Comfort in fast-paced, experimental environments with a focus on reliability ❖ Work Location & Flexibility This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least two days per week. Docusign offers flexibility while ensuring strong team collaboration.
