❖ About the AI GTM Engineer Role
As an AI GTM Engineer, you’ll be the catalyst for Endor Labs’ internal AI transformation. Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, BizOps, and G&A to uncover high-impact opportunities where AI agents and automation can elevate productivity and execution. This hands-on role goes beyond strategy—you’ll design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows from concept to production, leveraging platforms like Claude, Gemini, and custom integrations.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth assessments of business workflows to identify and prioritize AI automation opportunities
- Build and maintain an AI opportunity roadmap, partnering with department heads and the CEO to maximize ROI and strategic value
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agent-based solutions, including multi-step agentic workflows, RAG-based knowledge systems, automated content pipelines, and intelligent CRM enrichment
- Integrate AI solutions with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and internal databases for seamless end-to-end workflows
- Lead change management initiatives: deliver training, build internal champions, and drive adoption of AI-powered tools across all teams
- Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions and training to ensure sustained impact
❖ What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, AI/ML engineering, or technical operations
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI solutions in a business context
- Deep understanding of go-to-market operations in B2B SaaS, including sales cycles, pipeline management, and workflow optimization
- Strong change management skills with the ability to drive adoption and foster a culture of AI-first thinking
- A builder’s mindset with startup experience—comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and delivering impactful solutions
