Your work will directly improve execution speed, reduce manual tasks, and create measurable value across PR, SEO, content, paid media, and client delivery. This is a builder’s role—ideal for someone who can translate business needs into practical, automated solutions. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Identify high-value, repetitive workflows across digital marketing, revenue operations, and reporting - Build AI agents, automations, and workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, Cursor, Claude Code, and Glean - Translate business challenges into scalable systems using prompts, approvals, data inputs, and workflow logic - Collaborate with team leads to enhance execution, reporting, and operational visibility - Document systems, drive adoption, and continuously optimize workflows - Connect automation initiatives to tangible business outcomes such as time savings, increased capacity, and revenue support ❖ What We’re Looking For - 2-5 years’ experience in automation, marketing operations, revenue operations, product, or systems roles - Deep understanding of digital marketing, GTM, and advertising tactics, especially in B2B SaaS environments - Proven expertise with AI tools, APIs, workflow automation platforms, and building AI agents - Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, Cursor, Claude Code, Glean, or similar advanced platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database systems, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform or AWS - Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior executives - High agency, sound judgment, and a bias for action - Ability to move seamlessly between technical details and business impact ❖ Success in This Role Looks Like - Rapid deployment of high-value workflows into production - Significant reduction in manual work and faster turnaround on recurring GTM and marketing processes - Strong internal adoption of new systems - Measurable improvements in output, capacity, and revenue support ❖ Location Requirement This is an in-office position based in Miami, FL.
