You’ll architect, build, and govern the AI agent infrastructure that powers Papaya’s marketing engine—enabling every team member to leverage AI across growth, demand generation, content, SDR outreach, and more. Reporting to the Marketing Ops Lead, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, marketing operations, and AI product strategy. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and build the complete AI agent stack for marketing, including personal, shared service, and orchestration agents - Own end-to-end technical architecture: trigger design, LLM selection (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI), data integrations, output formatting, and approval routing - Develop and maintain prompt libraries, golden datasets, and QA frameworks, ensuring structured testing before deployment - Define and enforce guardrails for all agents, including brand voice compliance, hallucination prevention, budget controls, and escalation triggers - Monitor and optimize agent performance, tracking latency, cost, quality scores, and error rates - Design and maintain data flow architecture connecting marketing systems, AI APIs, and delivery channels - Train the marketing team on AI agent usage and serve as the internal expert on AI tools and workflows - Collaborate with Papaya’s AI and Security teams on architecture standards, data security, and access controls - Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI agent design and LLM tooling, proactively introducing new capabilities ❖ What We’re Looking For - Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, including demand generation, ABX, SDR outreach, and content workflows - Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) building real automated workflows - Proven expertise with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) for multi-step business integrations - Strong grasp of REST APIs and webhooks, with experience building and debugging multi-system integrations - Experience designing and evaluating prompts to achieve measurable quality targets - Coding skills in Python or JavaScript; AI-assisted coding is welcome - Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation data models (Salesforce, HubSpot) - Excellent communication skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical teams ❖ Why Papaya Global?
