Our mission is to equip commercial teams with the insights and tools they need to bring transformative medical technologies to patients faster. ❖ The Enterprise GTM Engineer Role As our Enterprise GTM Engineer, you will own the strategy and execution for identifying, mapping, and engaging complex enterprise accounts in MedTech. This is not a traditional outbound sales role. You’ll leverage enterprise org-mapping, consultative engagement, and AI-powered prospecting tools like HubSpot and Clay to build and execute plays that drive high-quality conversations and measurable pipeline growth. - Lead top-of-funnel activities for strategic accounts, focusing on quality discovery meetings and impactful engagement. - Map enterprise organizations beyond titles—understand decision dynamics, stakeholder motivations, and true sources of influence. - Serve as the first chapter in every prospect’s MedScout journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our value and expertise. - Build and iterate the enterprise outbound playbook, using fast learning cycles and rigorous documentation to scale what works. ❖ What Success Looks Like We’ll evaluate your impact by how well you: - Deepen our understanding of target accounts and key players. - Accelerate value delivery to prospects and empower AEs with actionable intelligence. - Apply learnings across accounts to drive consistent, scalable results. - Create a playbook that is clear, repeatable, and enables others to succeed. ❖ Ideal Background & Skills We’re seeking an Enterprise GTM Engineer with: - Proven experience owning enterprise outbound for 6-figure+ ACV deals in B2B SaaS. - Expertise in mapping complex organizations—divisions, reporting lines, budget ownership, and decision-making processes. - A track record of vertical prospecting and compounding effectiveness over time. - Hands-on use of AI tools in outbound workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Clay), with examples of where human judgment made the difference. - Strong documentation instincts—your process is clear, actionable, and shareable. - Experience on high-performing outbound teams, understanding how your work drives AE effectiveness and deal velocity. ❖ Our Values & Culture At MedScout, how you work matters as much as what you do.
