If you’re a naturally curious, self-driven problem-solver who thrives on ownership and impact, you’ll fit right in. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer focused on Marketing and SDR teams, you’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, automation, and GTM strategy. Your mission: identify high-leverage opportunities to improve demand generation and prospect engagement, then design and build solutions that drive measurable results. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks like a product manager and builds like an engineer, directly influencing pipeline velocity and customer engagement in a B2B SaaS environment. ❖ What You’ll Do - Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to uncover, scope, and prioritize automation and AI opportunities - Design and build workflows, automations, and data pipelines to streamline GTM execution - Explore APIs, SDKs, and emerging AI tools (OpenAI, Cursor, n8n, v0/Vercel, Glean, and more) to accelerate outbound and inbound strategies - Translate business needs into technical solutions, balancing speed with scalability and security - Own projects end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration - Partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to deliver scalable improvements ❖ Qualifications - 5+ years of experience building or supporting GTM systems in roles such as GTM Engineer, Business Technology, or Solutions Engineering - Proven hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or APIs to real-world problems - Familiarity with modern AI and automation tools (OpenAI, Cursor, n8n, v0/Vercel, Glean, etc.) - Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity - Ability to move quickly from idea to experiment to solution - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience writing prototype or production-level code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages - Proficiency with GTM platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Pocus, Asana, or related tools - Exposure to experimentation, analytics, or performance measurement in a GTM context - Thrive in a high-growth, high-ownership environment ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Estimated base salary: $114,000 – $170,000/year (New York, California, Washington, Colorado, Rhode Island) - Total compensation includes 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and may include bonuses, stock options, and commuter benefits - Redis uses market pay data to ensure competitive compensation; salary history is not considered in offers ❖ Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion Redis values curiosity, diversity of thought, and innovation.
