As we expand our footprint, we’re building a modern GTM engine to accelerate growth and deliver exceptional hiring experiences. ❖ The Opportunity: Founding GTM Engineer As the Founding GTM Engineer, you’ll design, build, and operate the systems that power our outbound revenue engine. Reporting directly to the CRO, you’ll own every aspect of our GTM tech stack—architecting data flows, automating account prioritization, prospect research, campaign execution, and ensuring data integrity. You’ll leverage tools like HubSpot and Clay to create intelligent workflows that eliminate manual work and drive productivity for our AEs and SDRs. This is a greenfield role for a true builder ready to experiment, iterate, and deliver measurable pipeline growth. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build and scale AI-driven GTM systems for B2B SaaS - Automate outbound processes, from account assignment to campaign management - Integrate data sources and tools to optimize every customer touchpoint - Enable sales teams with actionable insights and workflow automations - Drive continuous improvement through rapid experimentation and data analysis ❖ About You - Deep expertise in GTM strategy, tools, and workflows - Proven experience building (not just optimizing) complex automation systems - Fluency with AI, LLMs, and no/low-code automation in production environments - Data-driven mindset with a passion for iterative, high-impact work - Strong communicator who thrives in a remote, high-ownership environment - Comfortable with ambiguity and ambitious goals on tight timelines ❖ Why BrightHire This is a rare chance to join a Series B company at the forefront of hiring technology, working directly with executive leadership to shape our GTM future.
