We empower manufacturers to achieve unprecedented productivity and efficiency. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer at Ethon, you’ll transform sales and marketing strategies into automated, scalable systems. You’ll own our CRM, design data models, and build seamless data flows that drive our commercial engine. Your expertise in Revenue Operations, Salesforce administration, and automation tools like Clay and n8n will ensure our go-to-market motion runs with minimal friction and maximum impact. - Design and evolve our CRM to match Ethon’s unique sales process - Build and automate outbound and ABM campaigns using enrichment, segmentation, and AI-driven personalization - Automate lead capture, routing, follow-ups, and funnel hygiene to eliminate manual work - Treat the GTM tech stack as a product—evaluate, integrate, and optimize tools for efficiency - Collaborate with GTM leadership on territory design, lead scoring, ICP segmentation, and attribution - Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in our sales process ❖ What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a curious, proactive GTM Engineer with a builder mentality and a passion for automation in B2B SaaS. - 1-3 years’ experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or similar roles (startup experience a plus) - Hands-on Salesforce configuration and administration (flows, rules, reports, dashboards, permissions) - Strong knowledge of modern GTM tools (outbound platforms, enrichment, sequencers, scheduling, attribution) - Comfort with automation tools and APIs (Clay, n8n); basic scripting skills are a plus - Analytical mindset with a focus on clean reporting and data-driven decisions - Excellent communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions - Fluent English required ❖ Why Ethon?
