You’ll own the CRM, design data models, and build automations that streamline every step of our go-to-market motion. Your expertise in Salesforce, outbound platforms, and automation tools like Clay and n8n will ensure our commercial engine runs with minimal friction and maximum efficiency. - Design and manage our CRM from the ground up, evolving it as our sales motion matures - Build and automate outbound and ABM campaigns using enrichment, segmentation, and AI-driven personalization - Automate lead capture, routing, follow-ups, and funnel hygiene to eliminate manual work - Treat the GTM tech stack as a product—evaluate, integrate, and retire tools for optimal performance - Collaborate with GTM leadership on territory design, lead scoring, ICP segmentation, and attribution - Proactively identify and resolve issues, acting as an owner in all aspects of the GTM stack ❖ What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer with a builder mentality and a passion for automation in B2B SaaS. - 1-3 years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or similar roles (startup experience a plus) - Strong experience configuring and administering Salesforce (flows, rules, reports, dashboards, permissions) - Familiarity with modern GTM tools: outbound platforms, enrichment tools, sequencers, scheduling, attribution - Comfort with automation tools and APIs (e.g., Clay, n8n); basic scripting skills are a plus - Analytical mindset with a focus on clean reporting and data-driven decision-making - Excellent communication skills; able to translate business needs into technical solutions - Fluent in English ❖ Why Ethon?
