Our mission: help every live entertainment creator endure, expand, and prosper. ❖ The Opportunity: Founding GTM Engineer As the Founding GTM Engineer, you’ll be the architect behind our growth systems. You’ll own qualified pipeline generation for Sales and drive upgrades and adoption for Customer Success. Your work will directly impact revenue, expansion, and operational efficiency, reporting to the SVP of CS & Business Operations and collaborating closely with senior leadership. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you’ll build and scale the technical infrastructure that powers our GTM teams—Marketing, Sales, SDR, Customer Support, and Account Management. You’ll leverage automation, AI, and modern GTM tooling to make every motion measurable and every rep more effective. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Architect and own the systems that generate, measure, and scale qualified pipeline and account expansion - Design and implement automation and AI-powered workflows across GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, RB2B, Clay) - Build signal-based systems that act on buyer intent, engagement, and lifecycle events - Run continuous experimentation: launch, measure, and optimize new growth channels and motions - Map and audit the full prospect-to-customer journey, eliminating bottlenecks and data silos - Lead requirements for external Salesforce/RevOps administration - Define and track KPIs for GTM experiments, using insights to drive ongoing improvements ❖ What You Bring - 5+ years in GTM Operations, RevOps, Sales/Marketing Systems, Growth, or Automation Engineering - Proven experience designing and building automation workflows across GTM systems - Hands-on expertise with AI-powered technologies, agentic workflows, and workflow orchestration tools - Deep familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, APIs, integrations, and enrichment platforms - Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills - Excellent communication skills, able to bridge business and technical teams - Growth ownership mindset: you’ve held the number and know how to deliver results - Preferred: SQL proficiency, experience with Qualified, RB2B, Clay, and building internal tools for B2B SaaS ❖ Our Values - Confident Humility: Bold ideas, open to learning - Mission-Driven Ownership: You take responsibility for outcomes - Compassionate Candor: Honest, direct communication - Teamwork: Shared goals, no silos - Grit: Embrace challenges with perseverance - Kaizen: Relentless improvement, 1% better every day ❖ Why OTS?
