As we enter a new phase of growth, your work as a GTM Engineer will directly influence how we reach and serve the next generation of arts and entertainment producers. ❖ The Opportunity: Founding GTM Engineer As the Founding GTM Engineer, you’ll report directly to the SVP of CS & Business Operations and collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll own critical growth outcomes—qualified pipeline for Sales, upgrades, and adoption expansion for Customer Success—by building the systems, automations, and data flows that make these results repeatable and scalable. This is a strategic, high-visibility role where your technical expertise and growth mindset will drive measurable business impact. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Architect and own the pipeline generation system, ensuring measurable increases in qualified leads and account expansion - Design and implement automation and AI-powered workflows across GTM systems, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, RB2B, and Clay - Build signal-based systems that act on buyer intent and engagement, improving speed, relevance, and conversion - Run continuous experimentation: launch, measure, and optimize new acquisition channels and growth motions - Map and audit the full prospect-to-customer journey, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency - Lead requirements for external Salesforce/RevOps administration and maintain a unified data ecosystem - Define and track KPIs for GTM experiments, using insights to drive ongoing optimization ❖ What You Bring - 5+ years in GTM Operations, RevOps, Sales/Marketing Systems, Growth, or Automation Engineering - Proven experience designing and building automation workflows across GTM systems in a B2B SaaS environment - Hands-on expertise with AI-powered technologies, agentic workflows, APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration tools - Deep familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and the GTM tech stack, including enrichment and analytics platforms - Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills in fast-paced, cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills, able to bridge business and technical stakeholders - Preferred: SQL proficiency, experience with cold outbound using HubSpot and Clay, and a background in B2B SaaS ❖ Our Values At OTS, you’ll embody confident humility, mission-driven ownership, compassionate candor, teamwork, grit, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
