Backed by Felicis Ventures and Battery Ventures, we’re committed to building the systems that power the global economy. ❖ The Opportunity: Founding GTM Engineer As our first GTM Engineer, you’ll architect and scale the revenue operations engine behind Proton’s go-to-market strategy. This senior individual contributor role is hands-on: you’ll design data models, build dashboards, and implement AI-native workflows that accelerate every BDR, AE, and CSM. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, taking ownership of projects from ideation to deployment. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build AI agents from scratch to automate GTM workflows: lead enrichment, outbound campaign generation, pipeline hygiene, signal monitoring, forecasting, compensation queries, and deal desk triage - Own the HubSpot stack end-to-end: data architecture, automations, reporting, and workflow optimization - Develop outbound automation, enrichment pipelines, and lead scoring in Clay, ensuring clean, scalable systems - Maintain CRM hygiene: deduplication, validation rules, field governance, and ownership integrity for reliable dashboards and forecasts - Instrument the lead-to-opportunity-to-closed-won funnel, driving pipeline health and segment-level performance - Create new-business and net revenue retention forecast models trusted by the executive team - Design territory, coverage, and governance processes for accurate segmentation and seamless ownership transitions - Stay at the forefront of agentic AI: model capabilities, tool-use patterns, multi-agent orchestration, and rapid production deployment - Build reusable agent infrastructure and documentation for GTM team adoption - Take projects from 0 to 1: prototyping, deploying, monitoring, and iterating quickly ❖ What Sets You Up for Success - Proven experience building revenue systems from the ground up in B2B SaaS or similar environments - Deep expertise in HubSpot architecture and administration, with strong opinions on data associations - Advanced proficiency with Clay for outbound automation and enrichment pipelines - Passion for AI: you experiment with the latest releases, integrate AI into your workflows, and have hands-on experience with models like Claude - Strong data intuition and executive communication skills—able to distinguish signal from noise and translate insights into action - Ownership mindset, urgency, and comfort shipping in ambiguity ❖ What We Offer - $160k salary, quarterly performance bonuses, and meaningful equity - Company-sponsored 401(k) - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - Unlimited PTO—take the time you need - Professional development support: books, courses, conferences - Encouragement to explore and adopt new AI tools - Exceptional training and career growth opportunities - A friendly, inclusive, and high-performing team culture ❖ Ready to Build the Future?
