❖ The Opportunity: Founding GTM Engineer
As the Founding GTM Engineer, you will report to the Head of Sales and architect the AI-native pipeline engine that drives our Account Executive team. This high-impact, full-stack role sits at the core of our go-to-market strategy, blending sales, RevOps, marketing, and engineering. You will design and own the systems that convert market signals into qualified pipeline and revenue, leveraging tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and advanced AI automation.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the end-to-end pipeline generation system, identifying and routing opportunities at scale
- Ensure data quality and coverage for target accounts and contacts, maintaining CRM accuracy and enrichment
- Design and optimize outbound programs, focusing on personalization, deliverability, and improved reply rates
- Operationalize lead routing and handoff workflows to maximize AE efficiency and momentum
- Develop pipeline-attribution dashboards and reports, connecting GTM activity to revenue outcomes
- Embed AI solutions across prospecting, research, personalization, and workflow automation
- Own CRM architecture, automations, and reporting infrastructure, partnering with leadership on key decisions
❖ What You Bring
- 3+ years in a GTM-adjacent technical role (RevOps, GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, Sales Engineering, Marketing Ops, or similar)
- Hands-on experience building GTM workflows and automation using modern tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay)
- Deep CRM expertise: 3+ years with Salesforce or HubSpot, including custom objects, flows, APIs, and complex reporting
- Data and scripting fluency: comfortable with SQL, Python, or JavaScript for API integrations and data manipulation
- Proven track record managing outbound infrastructure and email deliverability at scale
- Advanced AI fluency: experience building automations where AI is a core component, prompt engineering, and system design
- Commercial mindset: focus on pipeline and revenue impact, with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed and autonomous, ready to build new systems from the ground up
❖ Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in B2B SaaS for enterprise, especially in regulated industries (pharma, medtech, life sciences, food, cosmetics, financial services)
- Prior role as a founding or first technical hire on a GTM team
- Active participation in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or growth communities
- Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools, event-driven systems, or agentic AI frameworks
