Our mission: help live entertainment organizations endure, expand, and prosper with Broadway-caliber infrastructure that’s intuitive and powerful. ❖ The Opportunity: Founding GTM Engineer As the Founding GTM Engineer, you’ll own the qualified pipeline number for Sales and drive upgrades and adoption expansion for Customer Success. You’ll design and implement the technical infrastructure, automations, and AI-powered workflows that make our GTM teams—Marketing, Sales, SDR, Customer Support, and Account Management—more effective and measurable. This high-visibility role reports directly to the SVP of CS & Business Operations and offers direct exposure to senior leadership. ❖ What You’ll Do - Architect and optimize every revenue-driving motion, from inbound and outbound to product signals and customer success - Build a cohesive growth operating system, making pipeline generation measurable, repeatable, and scalable - Leverage AI-native workflows, rapid experimentation, and modern GTM tooling to accelerate growth - Design and deploy automation and signal-based systems using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, RB2B, and Clay - Map and audit the full prospect-to-customer journey, eliminating bottlenecks and data silos - Lead continuous experimentation, running A/B tests and optimizing GTM workflows for conversion and efficiency - Act as the primary requirements leader for our external Salesforce/RevOps administrator ❖ Key Skills & Experience - 5+ years in GTM Operations, RevOps, Sales/Marketing Systems, Growth, or Automation Engineering - Proven experience designing and building automation workflows across GTM systems - Hands-on expertise with AI-powered technologies, agentic workflows, and autonomous GTM systems - Strong technical fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration tools - Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - Excellent communication skills, translating between business and technical stakeholders - Preferred: SQL proficiency, experience with Qualified, RB2B, Clay, and building internal tools for data unification - Background in B2B SaaS is a plus ❖ Who You Are - A growth owner with a track record of directly driving pipeline or revenue outcomes - Skilled in rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making - Systems thinker who builds for the rep, not just the system - Technically adept, with hands-on experience in automation, integrations, and AI-native GTM workflows - Curious, proactive, and energized by ambiguity in high-ownership environments ❖ Our Values - Confident Humility: Bold ideas with a willingness to ask for help - Mission-Driven Ownership: Taking responsibility for anything impacting the OTS mission - Compassionate Candor: Honest, direct communication to drive solutions - Teamwork: Shared ownership—no such thing as “somebody else’s problem” - Grit: Embracing bold goals with perseverance - Kaizen: Committed to continuous improvement ❖ Why OTS?
