You’ll architect and own the systems powering our go-to-market engine—from lead flow and enrichment to routing, automation, and reporting. This hands-on role is perfect for builders who thrive on writing code, shipping integrations, and creating scalable infrastructure that accelerates pipeline and revenue growth. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and implement end-to-end GTM workflows for lead capture, enrichment, routing, and outreach - Build and maintain integrations using Python, SQL, or JavaScript to connect internal systems and external tools - Own and optimize our GTM stack, including Clay, Salesforce, enrichment APIs (Apollo, Clearbit), and automation platforms like n8n, Gumloop, and Zapier - Ensure data quality and consistency across the sales funnel, from acquisition to closed-won - Develop internal tools, scripts, and dashboards to boost sales team efficiency and visibility - Continuously test, iterate, and ship improvements that drive measurable pipeline generation and conversion ❖ What Makes You a Great Fit - 3+ years in a GTM Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical RevOps role, ideally in B2B SaaS - Strong coding skills (Python, SQL, or JavaScript) with experience building integrations or automation systems - Deep understanding of the modern GTM stack and how tools like HubSpot, Clay, and enrichment APIs connect across the funnel - Data-driven mindset with a passion for building scalable, automated solutions that impact sales outcomes - Proven track record of shipping workflows or systems that transform sales team operations - Enjoys tackling ambiguous problems and turning them into reliable, automated processes ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary: $190,000 – $260,000 - Equity: Significant ownership in a high-growth startup - Location: Redwood City, CA (relocation provided) - US Visa sponsorship available (H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, F-1 OPT/CPT, O-1) - 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance - $70/day DoorDash credit for meals and snacks - $200/month wellness reimbursement - $300/month commuter reimbursement - $75/month phone bill reimbursement - $50/month internet reimbursement ❖ Our Compensation Philosophy - Best offer upfront: Choose from three cash-equity balance options—no negotiation needed - Top 1% talent: Above-market pay to attract exceptional builders - High ownership: Small teams, >$1M revenue/employee, and meaningful equity - Performance-based: Offers tied to interview performance, not past salaries ❖ Interview Process - Recruiter Screen (15 mins): Intro call to discuss your background and automation/integration experience - GTM Systems Design (45 mins): Live design of an end-to-end GTM automation approach - CRM Audit & Segmentation Design (1 hr): Analyze a CRM dataset and propose segmentation and activation strategies - Onsite (3 hrs): Hands-on GTM automation build, cross-functional interview, and strategic discussion Ready to build the future of voice AI and customer experience?
