Backed by Y Combinator, Lightspeed, Gradient (Google’s AI fund), and Liquid 2, we serve over 30,000 patients and are rapidly expanding. ❖ The Opportunity: Founding GTM Engineer As our Founding GTM Engineer, you won’t be a traditional enterprise sales rep. Instead, you’ll architect and automate our outbound sales engine, driving pipeline generation and closing high-value B2B SaaS deals. You’ll work directly with C-suite decision-makers and play a pivotal role in scaling Rovi’s go-to-market function. ❖ What You’ll Own - Outbound Engine: Build and automate top-of-funnel systems from scratch, including prospecting workflows, LinkedIn management, and cold outbound campaigns using tools like HubSpot and Clay. - Complex Deal Execution: Lead high-value enterprise sales cycles ($100K–$1M ACV), selling to CFOs, CHROs, CEOs, and through aggregators and brokers. - First 90 Days: Focus on system building, outbound lead qualification, and operational support—automating processes and managing mid-funnel activities. - Scale & Leadership: Grow into a GTM leader, shaping the department and culture for future hires. ❖ Who We’re Looking For - Highly Technical: Comfortable with AI tools, managing sales collateral in GitHub, and optimizing workflows (no need to write production code). - Automation-First: Always seeking to automate repetitive tasks and scale with technology, not headcount. - Executive Presence: Skilled at navigating complex B2B SaaS sales and engaging with executive stakeholders. - Builder DNA: Thrive in ambiguity, eager to own and create foundational systems without a predefined playbook. ❖ Compensation & Benefits - $150K–$200K base salary / $250K–$400K OTE - Generous early-stage equity - Unlimited PTO - Daily meals in the office - Wellness stipend No healthcare experience required—what matters is your systems thinking, execution speed, and passion for building scalable solutions.
