Backed by top investors and a passionate user base, Flex is scaling rapidly and looking for innovative minds to join our journey. ❖ About the Revenue AI Engineer Role As a Revenue AI Engineer, you’ll be the technical force behind our go-to-market (GTM) engine. You’ll design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation agents that streamline sales, business development, and customer success operations. This high-impact, high-autonomy role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of RevOps and AI engineering, and who wants to see their work directly influence pipeline generation, customer retention, and operational efficiency. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Co-own the AI initiative roadmap for revenue teams, planning and measuring the impact of AI programs on pipeline, efficiency, and retention - Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automation agents, and outbound prospecting systems for Sales, BDR, and Partner Success teams - Configure and manage MCP infrastructure and AI agent tooling across the GTM organization, ensuring adoption and continuous improvement - Integrate and maintain Flex’s GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake, Outreach, and related platforms, to enable seamless data flow - Enforce data governance standards, ensuring AI models and agents are built on clean, reliable data - Build and maintain a shared library of AI skills, prompts, and agent context (including Claude Code–built skills and plugins) for revenue teams - Partner with Enablement to drive AI adoption, translate technical work into business outcomes, and represent GTM use cases to Flex’s central AI team ❖ What We’re Looking For - 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within high-growth SaaS or FinTech, with a focus on technical or AI-driven work - Proven experience deploying and maintaining AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents in a live B2B revenue environment - Deep expertise with revenue tech stacks: Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake, Outreach, or similar platforms - Proficiency with Claude Code and/or Codex for workflow automation, prompt design, and agentic task orchestration - Experience configuring MCP infrastructure and integrating AI agent frameworks into GTM workflows - Strong command of APIs, system integrations, and connected app architecture - Demonstrated knowledge of data governance best practices - Excellent cross-functional communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for all audiences ❖ Compensation Flex offers a market-based compensation approach, with pay adjusted for geographic location. - Tier 1 (NYC/Bay Area): $136,000—$170,000 USD - Tier 3 (Salt Lake City): $115,600—$144,500 USD Speak with your recruiter for details on your specific location. ❖ Life at Flex At Flex, you’ll join a diverse, inclusive team with employees across the US, Australia, Canada, and South America.
