Go To Market (GTM) Engineer - Vienna (m/f/d)

As a GTM Engineer, you'll be the interface between marketing and sales at our company. You'll build our outbound machine, generate qualified leads for sales, and receive an uncapped commission on top of your base salary. We are Interactive Paper, a startup from Vienna. We connect print with digital experiences and turn paper into an interactive marketing channel — for brands that want to break out of digital sensory overload. Tasks Building and scaling cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn (plus maybe together we'll find another relevant channel). Typical tasks: reply management, workflow creation, lead enrichment, email validation, pipeline hygiene, list maintenance, lead qualifying, finding trigger events, creating lead magnets, ... Tool stack: Clay, Instantly, Make.com, Claude (Code), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc. Finding new, creative ways to generate leads. We give your creativity free rein — you get the space to experiment to the fullest. Requirements You already have experience with GTM systems (Clay, Instantly, Make, Sales Nav, ...). You love taking 100% ownership. You work independently and can manage without a lot of direction. You're obsessed with marketing, sales, psychology, copywriting, etc. You speak German and English fluently. You're a doer and prefer to execute rather than sit through thousands of calls and PowerPoints. Benefits €40,000 to €100,000 OTE — base salary plus variable pay structure.
