GTM Engineer

❖ Role Overview: GTM Engineer
As the founding GTM Engineer, you’ll be the architect behind our go-to-market engine. This high-visibility, individual contributor role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution. You’ll build automated revenue workflows, optimize CRM data, and enable our sales team to move faster and smarter using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, n8n, and Zapier.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered revenue automation, replacing manual seller research and CRM updates with scalable workflows
- Build signal-based outbound systems, leveraging competitor activity and intent data for personalized campaigns
- Automate account research, scoring, and prioritization to maximize sales efficiency
- Analyze support tickets to predict churn and trigger proactive retention outreach
- Administer and architect CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, enrichment, and real-time reporting
- Develop dashboards for pipeline health, revenue forecasting, and sales performance
- Run automated enrichment, deduplication, and audit processes to maintain clean, actionable data
- Design scalable sales processes, evaluate GTM tech stack, and support territory planning and quota setting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align on metrics, tooling, and processes
- Identify revenue bottlenecks, write specs, prototype solutions, and scale successful initiatives
❖ Required Qualifications
- 3–9 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or similar roles
- Hands-on CRM administration experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proven ability to build automated workflows using Clay, Zapier, n8n, Bolt, TypeScript, Python, SQL, or similar tools
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with pipeline forecasting, quota analysis, and sales performance reporting
- Self-starter comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced environment
- Background in tech startups or enterprise environments
❖ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or data infrastructure companies
- Familiarity with Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Apollo, or similar GTM tools
- Experience supporting sales teams through funding rounds or rapid growth
- Exposure to commission plan administration or incentive compensation tools
- Python or TypeScript skills for customer automation scripts
- A builder’s mindset with a passion for automating manual processes
❖ Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000–$147,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
- Annual performance bonus
