You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing and Data teams to translate strategic vision into high-performing, AI-driven systems that enable real-time audience activation and personalized campaign delivery across hundreds of thousands of accounts. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Streamline and automate digital marketing, ABM, and growth marketing processes, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, and offline workflows for scalable, personalized customer engagement. - Serve as the primary technical partner to the Paid Media & ABM team, co-developing innovation roadmaps and translating strategic needs into production-ready AI solutions. - Integrate AI APIs, MCP Servers, and automation tools to build intelligent agents and workflows that enhance paid media and ABM motions at scale. - Design and maintain Workato-based automation recipes and integrations for lead routing, audience activation, and campaign operations across the GTM stack. - Architect, build, and deploy AI prototypes and scalable automated workflows using LLMs and AI APIs to drive efficiency and eliminate friction in marketing processes. - Build and manage CDP-driven audience pipelines, optimizing audience syncs, match rates, and suppression workflows to maximize campaign effectiveness. - Develop closed-loop feedback systems connecting ad platform data, campaign responses, and pipeline metrics, including integration with offline conversion APIs for value-based bidding. - Run structured experiments to evaluate AI tools, prompt strategies, and automation approaches, iterating rapidly from proof-of-concept to production. - Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support operational best practices and team self-sufficiency. - Define and track KPIs measuring the impact of AI and automation investments, including workflow efficiency, audience match rates, and pipeline contribution. ❖ What We’re Looking For - 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment. - Hands-on expertise with advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit, Influ2, Demandbase, and leading DSPs. - Advanced experience with Workato (required) for building and maintaining marketing automation workflows; experience with Clay or similar enrichment tools is a plus. - Proven ability to apply AI and advanced automation to solve complex business challenges, with practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering. - Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for automation scripting and API integrations. - Experience evaluating and adopting emerging AI tools and AI-native marketing platforms. - Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to explain complex technical strategies to diverse audiences. - Analytical, process-driven mindset focused on efficiency and scalability. - Proficiency in SQL or BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a strong advantage. - Experience building and managing CDP-driven audience pipelines, including audience syncs and suppression workflows. - Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI for multi-step AI workflows is a plus. ❖ Why Snowflake At Snowflake, you’ll join a fast-growing team that values curiosity, innovation, and a low-ego, experimental mindset.
