❖ About the Role
As the GTM Engineer, Advisor Recruiting, you’ll own the top of the funnel for our advisor recruiting team. Your mission: build and run a high-performing outbound motion that consistently delivers qualified financial advisor meetings. You’ll leverage tools like HubSpot, Clay, FINTRX, Smartlead, and HeyReach to identify, engage, and generate interest from the right advisors—ensuring our recruiting pipeline stays full.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Drive predictable outbound volume by optimizing sequencing, enrichment, and data quality using HubSpot, Clay, and FINTRX.
- Evaluate and refine our outbound tech stack, recommending improvements to ensure we’re using the best tools for cold outbound in B2B SaaS and wealth management.
- Execute personalized-at-scale outreach across email and LinkedIn, crafting messaging that stands out and earns genuine replies.
- Own the booked meetings metric—report on performance, cut what isn’t working, and collaborate with the Head of Marketing to evolve our recruiting strategy.
- Partner closely with the Director of Advisor Recruiting and have direct access to our co-founder and CEO.
❖ What We’re Looking For
- AI-native mindset with deep experience in outbound tools like HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, and HeyReach.
- Proven ability to build leverage through automation, not manual list-building.
- Strong understanding of cold messaging—able to deliver personalization that resonates.
- Comfortable taking ownership of results and adapting quickly without waiting for a playbook.
- Early-career professionals ready to step up and grow into a player-coach role, with a path to owning recruiting growth.
❖ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with B2B wealth management, RIA, or advisor recruiting is a plus, but not required—we’ll teach you the industry.
❖ How Success Is Measured
- In your first 90 days: establish consistent, reliable outbound volume and resolve data issues to ensure a steady flow of qualified advisor conversations.
- Ongoing: maintain and grow the number of qualified, accepted meetings booked each week—prioritizing steady volume and quality.
