No legacy systems—just a blank slate to innovate and drive real impact. ❖ What You’ll Do - Identify and automate high-impact workflows across Sales and Marketing using LLMs, autonomous agents, and modern API integrations. - Act as a product manager for internal growth, translating executive vision into scalable, AI-powered solutions that accelerate pipeline generation. - Design and build custom data pipelines and automations to eliminate friction for SDR and Marketing teams, leveraging tools like Claude code, Cursor, n8n, v0/Vercel, and Glean. - Own the full lifecycle of internal growth tools—from discovery and definition to development, deployment, and iteration. - Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure AI deployments are secure, scalable, and deliver measurable improvements in conversion rates. - Build credibility by developing compelling ROI models for new AI-driven processes. ❖ What We’re Looking For - A true builder mentality with 1-2 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Technology, or Solutions Engineering within a fast-paced startup or high-growth B2B SaaS environment. - Hands-on expertise applying AI and APIs to solve business challenges, with fluency in tools like Claude code, Cursor, n8n, v0/Vercel, or Glean. - Ability to write prototype or production-level code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages. - Working knowledge of database usage and security best practices. - Familiarity with modern GTM stacks such as Salesforce, Marketo, Pocus, or similar platforms. - Self-motivated, end-to-end problem solver who thrives when reporting directly to executive leadership. - Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your style for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ❖ Why ScyllaDB At ScyllaDB, you’ll have the rare opportunity to build the future of Go-To-Market from scratch—no legacy mess, just greenfield innovation.
