If you’re passionate about building scalable systems at the intersection of AI, automation, and B2B growth, this is your chance to make a regional impact with cutting-edge technology. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting enterprise accounts in LATAM. - Build and optimize automation workflows for prospecting, lead enrichment, scoring, and account activation. - Develop and integrate AI agents for research, personalized outreach, lead qualification, and commercial process optimization. - Manage and enhance our GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, and Sales Navigator. - Launch and iterate on multichannel outbound campaigns, measuring results to drive continuous improvement. ❖ What We’re Looking For - 4+ years of experience in Growth, GTM Engineering, ABM, Demand Generation, or B2B Outbound roles. - Proven expertise with HubSpot and commercial automation tools. - Hands-on experience building AI-driven solutions (Claude, GPT, or similar technologies). - Analytical mindset with a strong focus on metrics and continuous process improvement. - Ability to design and build systems and processes, not just execute existing ones. ❖ Bonus Skills - Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, and Sales Navigator. - Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom automations. - Knowledge of APIs, SQL, or Python. - Background in fintech, digital banking, or B2B technology sectors. ❖ What We Offer - Regional impact on projects for digital banking and fintech clients. - Opportunities to participate in commercial events and activities across LATAM. - Access to a modern tech stack and all necessary tools, fully covered by the company.
