❖ About Airtable & The Opportunity
Airtable is the no-code app platform powering critical business processes for over 500,000 organizations worldwide. Our Revenue Operations team leverages Airtable’s own technology to build the data infrastructure and automation that fuel our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that transform how work gets done.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Build and automate end-to-end GTM workflows, from lead enrichment and account research to pipeline management and outbound sequencing, using AI agents, no-code/low-code tools, and custom integrations.
- Develop event-driven automation across the GTM stack with tools like Airtable, Clay, Zapier, and n8n, always focusing on scalability and long-term impact.
- Leverage large language models (LLMs) such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to create intelligent automations for outbound, enrichment, and internal processes.
- Ingest and operationalize intent data, score accounts, and route actionable insights to the right sales reps at the right time.
- Maintain clean, reliable data flows between core GTM systems including Salesforce, Databricks, Gong, Outreach, and enrichment platforms, using tools like Hightouch and Fivetran.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to understand business needs and build tools that drive efficiency and results.
- Document and maintain your systems to ensure they are scalable and accessible for future development.
❖ Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue technology, data engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar) and hands-on experience shipping real automations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, including data model understanding and integration experience.
- Skilled in connecting systems via APIs and working with data integration tools.
- Owner’s mindset: you proactively identify opportunities, iterate quickly, and focus on solving the right problems.
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with enrichment or outbound tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo) and the modern GTM stack.
- Passion for AI and automation, with a history of experimenting with LLMs and new GTM technologies.
❖ Bonus Points
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery data warehouses.
- Familiarity with Hightouch (reverse ETL) or Fivetran (data pipelines).
- Background in software engineering, data engineering, or technical IC roles.
- Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript for custom workflow logic.
- Experience using Airtable as an operational platform or data layer.
- Prior experience building foundational systems in high-growth or startup environments.
❖ Why Airtable
- True greenfield ownership: make impactful decisions and build systems that matter, not just execute a playbook.
- Massive leverage: your work as a GTM Engineer will directly enable our GTM team to scale efficiently.
- AI tooling is core to your day-to-day, not a side project.
