You’ll code, build, and deploy AI-powered systems—leveraging tools like Claude, GCP, Salesforce, Gong, and Zendesk—to automate and optimize every stage of the sales cycle. Your work will directly impact deal velocity, team productivity, and our ability to scale 3–4x without increasing headcount. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and execute the AI adoption strategy for the GTM team, identifying high-impact use cases for Claude and building reusable prompt libraries and AI agents - Write and maintain production code in Python and JavaScript for GTM automation workflows, including API integrations, data pipelines, and Claude-powered agents for lead qualification, call analysis, and proposal generation - Define and manage deployment processes for GTM-owned applications on GCP, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and security best practices - Build secure integrations between systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Zendesk, GCP, and the Claude API, ensuring robust data pipelines with authentication and error handling - Architect end-to-end automation workflows to eliminate manual work across the sales cycle, including signal-based lead enrichment, post-call processing, pipeline management, and RFP response generation - Create internal documentation, runbooks, and training content to drive adoption of AI tools within the team - Stay current on AI capabilities, GCP services, and industry best practices, recommending new tools and approaches to keep Anrok at the forefront of GTM productivity ❖ What Excites Us - 4–7+ years in a technical GTM, revenue operations, sales engineering, or software engineering role, with hands-on experience building and deploying production systems - Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript, with experience owning services in production and integrating APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows - Cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred), including deploying and managing services with Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, or Pub/Sub, and understanding IAM and secure deployment patterns - Proven experience building with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, or similar) in production environments, integrating AI into reliable, monitored workflows - An owner’s mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to define scope and success criteria with minimal direction ❖ Why Anrok - Equity upside of an early-stage startup with the stability of product-market fit - Daily lunch and snacks at our office hubs - 100% covered medical, dental, and vision insurance - One Medical membership, flexible sick benefits, and more - Annual learning and development stipend for books, courses, and conferences - Home internet reimbursement and wellness program - Annual team off-sites and in-person opportunities at our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City, and Dublin - Home office setup stipend - Dynamic, flexible hybrid work environment with in-person collaboration three days per week ❖ Join Us If you’re a GTM Engineer passionate about AI adoption, automation, and building the future of B2B SaaS, we want to hear from you.
