❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer for top-of-funnel activities, you will architect and implement Claude-powered automations and intelligent alert systems that accelerate lead response, personalize outbound prospecting, and optimize sales workflows. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable sales development tools and leveraging AI to enhance B2B SaaS pipeline generation.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of productivity tools for prospecting, lead qualification, and early-stage opportunity creation using Claude and other AI technologies
- Design intelligent alert systems to notify sales teams of high-intent signals, inbound leads, and optimal engagement opportunities
- Build advanced automations for lead routing, account research, personalized outreach, and follow-up sequencing to drive consistent top-of-funnel performance
- Create centralized data architectures that unify prospect intelligence from sources like web traffic, intent data, firmographics, and technographics
- Analyze conversational intelligence and email engagement data to identify high-performing prospecting patterns and best practices
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales Development Leadership, and Marketing to refine lead quality scoring, routing accuracy, and prospecting tool effectiveness
❖ What We’re Looking For
- Proven engineering experience with complex technologies, varied datasets, and AI-driven productivity solutions
- Track record of developing automations for lead management, prospecting workflows, and early-stage sales processes in B2B SaaS environments
- Technical proficiency with APIs, CRM systems (such as HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, Github, and marketing automation tools like Clay
- Deep expertise in sales development tools and scalable lead routing, scoring, and prioritization systems
- Strong understanding of prospecting methodologies, inbound/outbound sales motions, and top-of-funnel conversion drivers
- Ability to translate sales development requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with both BDR teams and engineering stakeholders
- Excellence in program management and building initiatives from the ground up in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
- Experience in sales or sales development roles is highly valued
❖ Compensation & Logistics
- Annual salary: $190,000 USD (OTE for sales roles includes base and target commissions/bonuses)
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Hybrid work policy: Staff are expected in-office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more
