❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS
As the founding GTM Engineer on our RevOps team, you’ll design and implement the end-to-end systems that transform product and market signals into actionable revenue motion. This is a builder’s seat—owning integrations, automations, and reporting across Salesforce, outbound tools like Amplemarket and Salesloft, and AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership, directly impacting how our GTM engine operates and scales.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Connect and optimize the GTM tech stack: aggregate product usage data, activate signals in Salesforce, and enable seamless workflows for AEs and AMs
- Build and automate sales, success, and marketing processes using Python, REST APIs, Zapier, and no-code tools
- Design and maintain pipeline workflows, post-sale handoffs, and seller enablement experiences within Salesforce
- Drive GTM insights and reporting, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and deliver actionable intelligence
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, replacing manual processes with scalable, reliable automations
- Run experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly to maximize rep productivity and pipeline velocity
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years as a GTM Engineer, RevOps engineer, Salesforce developer, or sales systems specialist at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong Python skills and experience building end-to-end integrations with REST APIs
- Deep Salesforce expertise: data models, flows, custom fields/objects, and reporting
- Proven ability to activate signals from internal product data (Mixpanel) and external sources (ZoomInfo, RevenueBase)
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Amplemarket, Salesloft), call intelligence (Gong), and automation platforms (Zapier)
- Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) for coding, analysis, and reporting
- Understanding of B2B SaaS sales workflows, pipeline management, and post-sale processes
- Bias for action: you iterate quickly and deliver value fast
- Nice to have: experience in PropTech, multifamily, or real estate; exposure to multi-product SaaS environments
