❖ About the Role
As a GTM Engineer at Arcade, you’ll bridge the gap between product, sales, and marketing. You’ll coach customers, craft compelling narratives, and design scalable systems that drive expansion from self-serve to enterprise. This is more than a sales role—you’ll write playbooks, run experiments, and use product data to identify and close high-impact opportunities.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Own the self-serve to enterprise sales motion for Arcade’s creative tool
- Develop and iterate playbooks for selling, expansion, and storytelling as the team scales
- Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to launch and test new outbound and expansion strategies
- Analyze product usage and revenue data to prioritize accounts ready for enterprise conversations
- Work directly with customers to understand their goals and coach them on using Arcade’s demos, video, and content features
- Lead enterprise pricing and packaging discussions, aligning solutions to customer outcomes
- Gather and relay actionable product feedback to our PMs
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Notion, Linear, and Superhuman to maintain a clean pipeline and accurate forecasting
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years in a customer-facing commercial role with closing or expansion experience (AE, SE, CS, Account Management, PMM, agency, or founder-led sales)
- Experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup (10 to 100+ employees, $1M to $20M+ ARR)
- Familiarity with product-led growth and how self-serve users convert to enterprise buyers
- A builder’s mindset: you create, test, and iterate on sales systems and processes
- Strong storytelling skills—able to turn complex customer goals into clear, compelling narratives
- Data fluency: you use product signals and pipeline data to drive decisions
- Excellent Salesforce hygiene and forecasting accuracy
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Product with urgency and ownership
