With 600+ employees, we combine entrepreneurial spirit with deep industry expertise, offering Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software, plus a full suite of HR services. ❖ Your Impact as a GTM Engineer As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer, you’ll accelerate revenue growth by designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable GTM strategies. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, leveraging your expertise in AI orchestration, workflow automation, and sales enablement to drive pipeline generation and improve conversion rates. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and deploy AI-driven workflows for sales and marketing execution, integrating with CRM and HCM data systems - Partner cross-functionally to identify high-impact AI use cases and drive adoption through training and enablement - Develop prompt strategies and AI configurations tailored to HCM buyer personas and sales stages - Serve as an AI subject matter expert, championing adoption and measuring impact on pipeline and sales productivity - Evaluate and manage AI tools and vendor ecosystems for alignment with GTM strategy - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine ICPs, segmentation, and territory strategies - Build scalable workflows for prospecting, lead routing, data enrichment, and outreach automation using tools like HubSpot and Clay - Analyze funnel performance, establish KPIs, and lead continuous testing to optimize go-to-market initiatives - Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive customer adoption and inform product enhancements ❖ What Sets You Apart - 5+ years in Sales, Revenue Operations, Growth, or GTM roles within a SaaS environment - Proven experience leading AI strategy and initiatives in B2B SaaS, ideally with HCM, HR technology, or payroll solutions - Strong understanding of modern sales and marketing tech stacks (CRM, sequencing tools, data enrichment platforms) - Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and workflows - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in high-growth SaaS environments and a proactive, solution-oriented approach ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000, based on experience and skills - Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA – all effective on day 1 - Company-paid Basic Life, AD&D, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability - 401K with 3% safe harbor contribution - Employee Stock Purchase Program - Fitness Reimbursement Program - Self-Managed PTO ❖ Our Mission, Vision & Values At Asure, our mission is to help companies grow by maximizing their human capital, while fostering personal and professional growth for our employees.
