As our GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll be the technical backbone of our go-to-market team. You’ll design and implement the systems that turn inbound demand into a qualified pipeline, scale outbound efforts, and empower our founders and sales team to operate at peak efficiency. Your work will directly shape how we engage with leading industrial customers and drive revenue growth.
❖ Your Impact on the Team
You’ll join a cross-functional GTM pod alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, Account Executives, BDRs, and Product Marketers. As the GTM Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with each role—building the infrastructure for inbound and outbound sales, enabling data-driven decisions, and ensuring our sales motion is sharp and effective.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Build the inbound engine: Develop lead routing, enrichment, ICP scoring, and automated briefing packs to convert raw inbound into qualified pipeline
- Enable outbound motion: Partner with BDRs to create workflows, personalized multi-channel sequences, and ICP-specific triggers using tools like Clay, Apollo, and Smartlead
- Own GTM analytics: Track pipeline conversion, channel attribution, and win/loss feedback, becoming the source of truth for what’s working
- Develop founder-leverage tooling: Integrate real customer and product stories into the sales process for sharper execution
- Power events: Manage the automation and targeting behind Atira’s public events, from pre-event outreach to post-event follow-up
- Build product demos: Create tailored demos with customized Atira agents to showcase our value in sales conversations
- Feed insights back to product: Surface key signals from the market to inform product development and strategy
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years in revenue operations, growth engineering, marketing ops, or as a technical BDR/AE who has built automation for their team
- Proven experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Attio, n8n, or similar—what matters is you’ve shipped real workflows
- AI-native mindset: You’ve built prompt chains, automated personalization, and used coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate delivery
- Fluent in German and English
- Genuine curiosity about manufacturing and industrials, with a drive to quickly understand customer needs
