As our GTM Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of innovation—designing, building, and optimizing the technical foundations that drive our go-to-market success. If you thrive on solving complex operational challenges and want your work to make a measurable difference, this is your opportunity. ❖ What You’ll Do - Collaborate with commercial and adjacent teams to map and optimize end-to-end workflows, identifying friction points and inefficiencies. - Design, build, and maintain GTM automations using tools like n8n, Gemini Enterprise, Claude Cowork, and Zapier. - Own and evolve workflow automation tools and processes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and robust architecture. - Partner with Data Engineering to maintain healthy GTM data pipelines across Salesforce, Lightdash, Gong, and Pardot. - Develop custom integrations, APIs, and scripts in Python or JavaScript to address unique business needs. - Work closely with our Salesforce Lead to standardize and clean Salesforce data. - Embed AI intelligence into GTM workflows, enabling teams to focus on high-impact activities. - Experiment with new AI tools and automation frameworks to drive continuous improvement. - Document solutions thoroughly to ensure team adoption and scalability. - Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure all AI and automation initiatives are secure and compliant. ❖ What You’ll Bring - Proven experience designing and delivering agentic AI workflows and custom MCP-based automations in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment. - Deep understanding of complex GTM processes and hands-on expertise with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier). - Ability to iterate quickly, adapt to ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting. - Strong skills in building guardrails, data validation, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms, with experience in scalable prompt architectures and lightweight Python/JavaScript tooling. - Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Commitment to clear documentation and knowledge sharing, supporting team alignment and autonomy. - Data-first mindset, confident with SQL, BI tools (Lightdash, Looker, dbt), APIs, webhooks, and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript). ❖ Salary & Work Model - Competitive salary: £75–90K, depending on experience. - Flexible hybrid work: 2 days per week in our London office, with the rest remote for deep, focused work. ❖ Benefits & Perks - Equity—everyone at Attest shares in our success. - Work from anywhere up to 20 days per year. - 25 days holiday plus additional festive days. - Private Medical Insurance. - 1 day per quarter for charity or community work. - Family-friendly benefits, including enhanced parental leave, support for premature births and neonatal care, and paid leave for IVF, fertility treatment, and pregnancy loss.
