AspenView Technology Partners is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider specializing in GTM and Revenue Operations for B2B SaaS companies. As a GTM Engineer, you’ll be embedded with client accounts, owning the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of go-to-market automation systems. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Architect and manage GTM automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms like Clay, Make.com, n8n, and Apify, covering lead enrichment, ICP scoring, and multi-channel sequencing.
- Integrate AI-powered components via API—including LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), voice AI, and custom ML models—to enable personalized outreach, predictive scoring, and real-time lead qualification.
- Build and maintain compliant data acquisition pipelines (web scraping, waterfall enrichment, signal aggregation) aligned with GDPR and CCPA standards.
- Connect GTM workflows to CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (Marketo, ActiveCampaign), and outbound tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) using REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Diagnose, optimize, and scale high-volume automation infrastructure, ensuring robust error handling, retry logic, and uptime SLAs.
- Lead discovery and scoping sessions with client stakeholders—founders, VPs of Sales, RevOps leads, and CMOs—delivering clear architecture documentation and training guides.
- Define and track performance metrics such as time saved, reply rates, pipeline velocity, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and cost-per-opportunity.
- Run structured A/B tests on outreach copy, sequencing logic, and enrichment flows to drive continuous improvement.
❖ What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a GTM Engineer, RevOps specialist, or in sales/marketing automation for high-growth startups, agencies, or consulting firms.
- Proven track record delivering automation projects in client-facing or professional services environments, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Clay, Make.com, n8n, and/or Apify, building complex multi-step workflows from scratch.
- Strong API fluency: reading documentation, authenticating, testing endpoints, and building reliable REST and GraphQL integrations.
- Working proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for custom functions and data transformation within no-code platforms.
- Familiarity with LLM API usage (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and prompt engineering for GTM applications.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly autonomous and self-directed, capable of managing multiple client engagements independently.

- Experience with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools (LangChain, CrewAI, n8n agents, Clay AI columns).
- Background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker), or data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Demonstrated impact building systems that improved pipeline generation, time savings, or conversion rates.
