About the Role

Join Axiad as a GTM Engineer and help architect the revenue engine for a fast-growing identity security leader. This is your chance to build the go-to-market infrastructure from the ground up, working directly with executive leadership and leveraging the latest in AI, automation, and B2B SaaS tools. ❖ About the Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS at Axiad, you’ll be the operational backbone of our revenue team. You’ll design and maintain the outbound infrastructure, CRM architecture, enrichment pipelines, and agentic workflows that power our sales motion. This is a builder role at the intersection of sales, data, and AI—ideal for someone who thrives on creating scalable systems that drive real pipeline results. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Architect and maintain programmatic outbound engines, including signal-based prospecting, multi-channel sequencing, and enrichment workflows to generate qualified pipeline at scale. - Own CRM architecture (Salesforce or HubSpot), ensuring lead routing, lifecycle stages, scoring models, and data hygiene are optimized for sales success. - Evaluate, implement, and integrate GTM tools such as Clay, Regie.ai, Outreach, and Zapier to streamline sales operations and pipeline visibility. - Build AI-powered workflows for research, personalization, account scoring, and outreach, leveraging LLM APIs and agentic frameworks. - Create closed-loop pipeline automation, from signal detection to booked meetings, with trigger-based outreach and real-time pipeline alerts. - Instrument every workflow, track conversion rates, run experiments, and optimize based on data-driven insights. ❖ What We’re Looking For - Proven systems builder with experience designing outbound engines, enrichment pipelines, or CRM automation from scratch. - Technical fluency in SQL, Python or JavaScript, REST APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms (Clay, Zapier, Make). - Deep familiarity with AI-native workflows, LLMs, and agentic automation in a GTM context. - Strong revenue instinct and understanding of the sales cycle, with a focus on building systems that drive pipeline outcomes. - Obsessive about data hygiene, attribution, and measurement within CRM environments. - High agency, comfortable building in ambiguity, and energized by a fast-paced, nimble team. ❖ Experience & Qualifications - 3–5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth engineering, sales engineering, or a technical role within a B2B SaaS go-to-market team. - Hands-on experience architecting CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot), including lead routing, automation, and data integrity. - Proficiency with modern GTM tools: Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Regie.ai, Outreach, Salesloft, Zapier, Make, n8n. - Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript). - Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows and integrating LLM APIs. - Understanding of outbound deliverability fundamentals (domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sender reputation). - Prior experience in SDR, BDR, AE, or revenue-adjacent roles is highly valued. - Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise sales environments strongly preferred. ❖ Why Join Axiad?
